What a great little spot. I was not expecting the busy retail vibe at the entrance and had to wait quite a while to get checked in but check in was informative and thorough. Private changing room, separate bathroom, lockers with keys to store your things. Sanctuary room was beautiful and thoughtfully designed. Very cozy. Tea, water and coffee are available (though the sleeves and lids didn't fit provided cups). The sound level throughout the spa was high. I'm not sure if it was people in the sauna or an attached space in the building but I could hear loud talking and laughing throughout most of the common areas of space. My services were both late to start, but I didn't mind because I enjoyed the sanctuary space so much. I had a body treatment with Joy and it was great, the massage portion though was INCREDIBLE. I honestly think it's the best massage I've ever had (I used to be a massage therapist myself). The amount of release she accomplished was incredible. She was attentive and communicative and had GREAT pressure. Cannot recommend Joy enough. My facial was just a quick one and was also very nice! Overall I will be back. It's not the most relaxing spa I've ever been to in that it doesn't really feel like a retreat from the outside world, but it is really great!

I did a spa day here. 90 min massage with hot stone, hand and foot massage, salt room, and facial. I was warmly greeted by each person that I interacted with. I was so relaxed and refreshed by the time my day ended. All of the providers were exceptional. I will be coming back to his place. I love the ease of scheduling on-line.

I used to go to Gene Juarez for when I wanted a really amazing "treat yourself" experience. I haven't gone in at least a few years and was sad to find out they no longer offer massage services. I debated about trying out Solei because it's close, has great reviews and seemed to have a very spa like atmosphere but ny insurance covers massages, not spa massages, the no frills, nothing fancy kind but I honestly haven't had much luck finding good therapists. I woke up this morning incredibly stiff and sore after working extra shifts the last couple of days and thought I would see if Solei had any openings (it's not only Sunday, but new years eve and last minute). There was one 30 minute massage with JOY. I took the appointment because I needed relief so bad. Today I had the best massage I have ever had. The spa itself was so much nicer than I expected. It had the Gene Juarez vibes that I love. Everyone was so kind. All of the extra touches were amazing. Lockers for your stuff, heated racks for robes, comfortable massage table and a very relaxing waiting room. Joy's massage was exactly what I needed and able to relieve the significant tension in my neck and shoulders better than any other massage therapist. I have heard of people crying during massages but never understood today. My neck has been so tight for months now and I felt so much tension just melt away I couldn't help but cry happy tears from the relief. I have already scheduled a 60 minute massage in 2 weeks. Thank you Joy!!! You are amazing!!

This was my first visit and Solei & Co. is my new favorite spa. The staff was friendly and helpful, the space was decorated perfectly with a wonderful relaxation room and my facial exceeded my expectations! I’ve already scheduled another appointment. I highly recommend Courtney, she’s awesome! The retail shop included a variety of products and gifts, too.

Gabrielle always takes the time to customize my facial for my specific needs depending on the season or the issues I may be having (dryness, redness etc.). She makes sure to ask of comfort level of devices and gives an honest yet not pushy suggestion of products I may need. Makes my 5 week dermaplane facial appointment a wonderful experience.

Customer service is lackluster, but their practitioners are often great. I’ve been coming here for over 3 years now, about once a month for either a facial, massage or trying something new. Recently I had added a sauna session to my appointment & had went out of my way to 1) call ahead and ask if the sauna sesh should be before my facial since I may sweat, 2) ask the receptionist upon check in the same question, 3) ask my esthetician for confirmation that it’s ok to do the sauna after a facial treatment. All 3 seemed to be pretty unfamiliar with the IR sauna service, both receptionists said I wouldn’t sweat & the esthetician said they had no idea. Well, after a wonderful facial with wonderful high quality products, I sure as heck sweated a ton in the sauna (apparently that’s a good thing-and by design! Ha). I left the spa looking like I just came home from the gym, then had to go home, shower and wash the sweat off my face. I had told the receptionist on the way out that I was bummed that they weren’t knowledgeable (or truthful?). I also called in days later to express my disappointment as I felt like I wasted my $$ when I read that facials should be done AFTER sauna sessions. The supervisor of the spa assured me that “just a few minutes of having the products on my face means they penetrated and I got the benefits”. Lol. Anyway, it’s the best you’ll get in the area, but unfortunately little things like that could really deter long time customers like me from referring people here. Seems money hungry & unapologetic to not admit to the mistake & offer a replacement service.

Emily is always so welcoming and really knows my skin. I’ve seen tremendous improvement in the health and appearance of my skin and I couldn’t be happier. As a bonus, I love visiting with her and always leave feeling rested and rejuvenated.

Had a great facial with Sarah and wonderful massage with Joy. Both super sweet and nice to receive services from. The salt room was very relaxing and the overall ambiance of the spa was fabulous! Already booked my next appointments- will be a regular here for sure!

My massage from Joy had my sore muscles and mind lso relaxed and feeling good feeling so good I felt like I was floating in another universe. Now that's a good, no a GREAT massage. My muscles are counting the days down to my next visit. Thank you Solei & Co. Day Spa. Seriously,it was great. I even have back hair And they still gave great service😁

This was my second experience at Soleil. The first time I got a facial, and this time I got a full body massage along with a friend of mine. It's been absolutely WONDERFUL each time! I feel so well cared for, and impossibly relaxed when it's done. Ian, who did my massage today, was excellent: careful, caring, and delivered a thoroughly wonderful massage. I hope to return soon!

I bought a massage and facial for my girlfriend for her birthday. It was a surprise all the way up to her walking In your doors. She came home RAVING about the entire experience. Happy Birthday to her!!!!!

It was really easy to check in. We did a couples massage and our massage therapists, Joy and Ginger, were very nice and new all the right spots to work out. Everyone made sure we were comfortable and always checked in on us. Overall, a great experience and we can't wait to come back.

Joy was absolutely incredible with her technique and customization suggestions for my massage. The infrared sauna experience was amazing and the added facial mask and cold and hot towels were a thoughtful treat!

Kellie Nicole is an amazing massage therapist! I’ve had quite a few massages and she is by far the best. She listens to my needs and the pressure is perfect! Worth every penny! The spa is a relaxing environment and love the store in the front. Cute stuff!

It was my first time in and all of the staff was so kind! For the receptionist to Emily who did my facial. Emily did an amazing job. She informed me of what the service would look like and ensured I was comfortable along the way. I will definitely be back! :)

JOY is such an amazing therapist. Massage technique was fantastic, she is so knowledgeable and focused on her craft. I left feeling brand new again! She focused on all the areas I asked her to, and continued to check in with me about pressure. Definitely the only person I will get a massage from here on out!!!

Amazing prenatal massage!! I highly recommend Dianne at the sumner day spa. I was so impressed and left feeling incredibly relaxed. I will definitely be booking more treatments with her and recommend Solei to friends & family.
