👍👍 Love this place. Beautiful scenic views. The lake is gorgeous and varies in hight through the year. Areas to drive into or around the lake off road. Definitely worth visiting if you can make the trip up. Only accessible in summer and snowed off in the winter. There's also a large parking lot. Boat... People often mention lake,

This place is a really cool lake to visit, I think that the lake itself is really nice, it looks super cool. The lake is pretty shallow, making it ideal for smaller children to play in. There are even little islands here that look pretty interesting. I think that the lake as a whole, for the environment, is a really cool place to visit, specially if you're going somewhere in snoqualmie already, since it is a while out. It is pretty close to some hiking areas, this would be a nice lake to cool off in after a nice hike. One think that I personally couldn't get over was the vegetation at the bottom of the lake. There were some parts where there was seaweed that was almost like grass, and I just hated the texture. That is a personal oppinion though, and the majority of the places, along the edge of the beach at least, did not have this seaweed. There are also various drop offs in this lake, so be careful if you do go swimming, if you stay in the very shallow parts though, you should be fine.

Don't believe the review that says there are no picnic tables. There are plenty of picnic tables, but they are not on the lake side. They are in the shady forest on the opposite side of the road. See the ramp and stairs that lead to the picnic tables.

A fun place to camp over night. There is a biking/hiking trail that goes on old unused train tracks. This part of the trail has a tunnel that is about 1.5 miles and goes through a mountain.

Amazing beautiful gem of PNW. Perfect place for a photo shot on a sunny day. We are able to see the first snow of the season

An interesting place on the lake with a great view (even if water is gone in the fall)

a very unusual and interesting place in the summer until it is flooded with water - it resembles a cemetery of trees

This lake is a reservoir, all of the old growth tree stumps are awesome.
