I don't usually ever give negative reviews but if I could I would give minus points. The only very positive part of this while property is the manager who was awesome but I knew that I had made a huge mistake the moment we pulled into the parking lot. I will never stay in another motel if I cannot cancel but in all honesty I am super mad at spending over $100 on this motel. I wish you would refund us our money. I am super sorry about how the current politics are and how people have no respect for it you cannot make people pay prices like this for the "under average" rooms and I am putting that in the nicest words that I can. I hope that you are able to invest in your place and get customers in here who know what respecting others property means. Not even going to add in pictures.

I was a guest at the Guest HOUSE inn aka Sunshine motel. These guys stole 30.00 from my deposit. They said I took 2 towels which I did not. Boy they are getting rich stealing people's money and we're helpless to do a damn thing about it Let's see if they steal 30.00 from 5 people a day x 30 days that's an extra 4500.00 a month plus is probably tax free since it's always a cash deposit. Somebody should look into this Dept of Revenue and IRS. I can't sneeze without getting in trouble but yet these thrives shake hands and get away with murder. I hate what this world is coming to. You are all upside down when it comes to morals. Good day.

booked a room here after a different hotel failed on me. the room had a strange smell, there was what seemed to be burn holes in the comforter. cracked mirror and just overall gross. some guy who seemed to be a janitor of some sort was very creepy, staring at me and i think he may have cat called me (i am a young woman) as i was walking out of my room on the way to a concert, or he was just yelling at me. when we came back our room smelled like cigarette smoke, which it didn’t before and the janitor guy was smoking before. could’ve been a coincidence but probably not. we ended up leaving right when we got back. please spend the extra money for a safer, cleaner hotel.

Rooms not very clean, no remote for TV in several rooms, front desk staff are very rude, almost like your bothering them when checking in. In the office they offer free coffee, I had asked if there was any more creamer and the employee stated "do you see any creamer?" Well wasn't that nice, I felt like letting him have it, but I talked myself out of it.

Front desk person was awesome. Helped me out in a pinch and I feel bad leaving a 1 star review because he was so kind and helpful. He did show me the room before we rented it so I knew most of what it was going to be. $100 for this room was way over priced. Beds were squeaky, room was not clean (half smoked cigarette, hair elastics, tags from clothes on the floor), sheets and towels were worn, stained and had holes in them. Walls had yellow streaks on them from who knows what. Blankets had stains and crusty spots on them.

The rooms desperately need to be updated.... The tv only worked one night & the next night wouldn't connect back to the WiFi smh so I just left it off... There was some kind of stove there with a sink attached to it and had duct tape wrapped around it. It was weird smh

Stayed here a few days ago and the price was $110 after 11 o’clock in the morning now I call and it’s $160 how did it jump that much in just a few days. Seems pretty shady.

Non smoking smelt like the hardest lube. It was like a lube gas chamber. I almost died from the fume. AND it had bed bugs.

Some people are staying long term but they all seem nice the night shift manager however was using a baseball bat to threaten some guy but I don't know who was in the wrong but a little later as I was leaving my friend's room he hollered at me to leave pointing to the road thinking I was walking I told him I would leave as soon as I got in my truck he shut up after that

I recently stayed at this motel, and to be honest, it turned out to a disappointing experience. My suggestion would be to invest an additional $10 or $20 and opt for a better place to stay.

It was a very low Budget motel with an 80 dollar deposit and the hotel manager kept our deposit. He said we smoked in the room but did not see a No smoking 🚭 sign. If we did we wouldn't have smoked inside. Toilet paper holder was ripped off the wall and TV remote didn't work. One of the lights on the wall was not working as well. Won't be going back to the establishment on our date night again.

Good price. Rooms are decently clean. Parking lot is big and easily visible. Coffee is served in the lobby. Only negatives would be they don't take payments over the phone. & No candy vending machine. Lol

Pretty good place cheapest of the area owner is a humble honest person no more a few wierds guys sometime but the stuff is aware of that and they don't last there not even 5 minutes

My expectations were not high by any means, but this place was an absolute dump. Literal blood spatter on walls and bedding, cigarette burns on comforters, and awful customer service. We asked for fresh sheets at one point and were told no. Wouldn’t have made any difference though because we left covered in bites from bed bugs. I paid for two nights but we left in a hurry the second night at 2 am. Absolutely disgusting place and terrible staff. Should have read the reviews and stayed away.

ROACHES!!! i saw 2 huge cockroaches climbing on the walls, random tweakers screaming outside, and the beds just feel itchy for some reason.
