    The classes here are super challenging but worth it. My first couple classes my abs were on fire, but by the third class I could already feel how much stronger my core was! Classes seem to book up fast so found it a bit difficult to get the times that worked best for my schedule, but other than that, no complaints!

    I love studio 45 ! It’s such an intense workout that leaves my whole body sore for a few days after, but in the moment I don’t realize how hard I am working. The teachers are so caring and remember your by name week to week. They help with body alignment and give several alternatives to each exercise.

    I've tried out a few pilates studio in the area and this one is definitely my favorite. The instructors are friendly, the classes are never too packed, the studio is clean, and the workouts are challenging! If you're looking to build your core and be part of a great fitness studio, Studio 45 is the perfect choice!

    Studio 45 is fantastic! Every instructor is friendly and helpful. The workouts are definitely challenging, but can be modified depending on skill level. You’ll walk out feeling great. I’m so glad I found Studio 45!

    I stumbled upon Studio 45 while searching for a new strength focused addition to my workout regimen. I had never done LAGREE method before and was admittedly intimidated! However, the vibe at this spot is very welcoming and holy cow, what a workout! I’ve never been so sore after a class (liiike… for 5 days)! After my first class I was hooked. There are always people of all ages, shapes, and skill levels in class which makes it so welcoming. The instructors are great and the class always flies by! If you are on the fence- try it!

    Such a good, hard, and efficient workout - the 45 minutes fly by. The Fremont location/space is clean, laid back, and friendly. I've found that some instructors do a better job of giving modifications for different levels than others (which I think makes the classes feel more accessible/friendly for all), but otherwise, I love the classes and will be making this a normal part of my workout routine.

    Love this workout and studio! I had never done Lagree before so was a bit intimidated to start taking classes here, but I felt so welcomed by the instructors and was able to learn the moves in the first few sessions. I’ve been doing the workouts for a couple months now, and I feel stronger already!

    All the instructors are extremely engaging and will help you make adjustments for you to improve form. The studio is super clean and comfortable. Highly recommend this studio for anyone looking for a more private setting for class with engaging instructors!

    It is such a great workout! I look and feel noticeably stronger after just a couple of weeks. Each teacher I’ve had brings great energy (and music!) and guides you through the movements really well even for beginners. I’ve especially enjoyed Olivia’s classes!

    Fantastic studio with really great instructors. The LAGREE Mega Max machines were initially slightly intimidating, but the studio offers a supportive learning environment. The classes are extremely efficient, empowering, and effective, and I felt a transformation and increased strength in just a few classes. Looking forward to continuing and gaining confidence with the various moves.

    I've been a member at quite a few group workout class studios in Seattle, but this is one of the toughest, most efficient workouts I've ever gotten! And because they're only 45 minutes long, you can absolutely fit it into your schedule (I often fall victim to the 'I don't have time' excuse). Recommend!

    Studio 45 offers challenging, low impact, high intensity classes that have pushed my fitness routine to the next level! I always leave class feeling extremely accomplished and gratified, and that is due largely in part to the instructors creating a welcoming and friendly environment that is just as supportive as it is challenging! I find myself pushing past my limits, embracing the shakes, and leaving full of smiles. The studio is always clean and inviting, the instructors are welcoming to all levels, and the playlists get me in the zone! I had been doing barre workouts and weight training at home throughout the pandemic and felt quite strong, but these workouts push me and my muscles to a whole new place. I would highly recommend these workouts to anyone who is trying to level up in their fitness journey.

    Studio 45 finally convinced me to take a break from my at-home workouts! I love the space, the instructors, and of course, the workout. The class time options are an added bonus - very few studios offer such variety. I enjoy walking from my house for a mid-day break. Very glad to have found them!

    I’ve been attending Studio 45 for a little over a month, and it’s the best workout I’ve ever done! The classes are fast paced and enjoyable, and the 45 mins goes by so quickly that it’s easy for me to stay motivated. The instructors are friendly, motivating, and give helpful adjustments for a newcomer. I feel so much stronger!

    Absolutely love Studio 45! I’ve been attending classes here since the beginning of January & I really enjoy the workouts. I love that it’s a high-intensity, low impact workout and that is perfect for me. I’ve done classes at both the U-Ville and Fremont locations and they are both great! :)

    I have been going to the Fremont location for about two months now and I really like it! As a first-timer with Pilates, all the instructors are great and give clear directions. I always feel like I’ve had a great workout leaving class. Totally recommend this studio!

    Great low impact workout option! Being totally new to pilates, I decided to book 2 personal sessions before joining the group classes so I didn't feel totally lost - if your budget allows for this, I recommend going this route. Most of my sessions have been with Beth and she's a wonderful instructor.

    Through the pandemic I completely lost my routine and motivation to exercise regularly. Studio 45 completely revamped my strength and confidence with gentle and effective steps. I'm always excited to go, and am already seeing and feeling results within 2 weeks. It's a super satisfying workout but you can totally meet yourself where you're at.

    I have been going to the Fremont location for several months now and I absolutely love it! My body has gotten a lot more toned, and I feel much stronger. My favorite teachers are Crystal and Cece! They give very clear instructions and keep you motivated the whole time. I definitely recommend this studio for people of all fitness levels.

    Amazing workout! I did Barre3 for years but eventually plateaued in my progress. I ended up moving away from any nearby studio, so I kinda stopped working out altogether for three years. In wanting to make a change, I signed up for the intro unlimited month at Studio45. WOW, these workouts are incredibly challenging, yet fun! Every workout flies by and feels like 20 minutes. The instructors are great at pushing everyone in the class while also respecting boundaries like injuries. I've now taken 15 classes and I'm starting to understand more of the moves without having to look around the room; I'm also picking up on some of those tricks to get more out of each move.

    This is an amazing studio, highly recommend. It's the best workout, but also every single instructor I've had has been great. I am also now pregnant and they have all been really knowledgeable and helpful with modifications, so I haven't felt like I've missed out at all on my normal classes. If you want to increase or maintain your strength particularly in your core and do it somewhere you'll feel comfortable and welcome then this is the place.
