I never really leave bad reviews even if I have a poor experience, but after reaching out several times to the manager and receiving zero response, I feel the need to leave this review. I stayed at Willows Lodge with my best friend for her birthday, our stay and our room were lovely. However my spa experience was lackluster and disappointing. I paid almost $300 for a massage that felt rushed. My therapist was heavy breathing the entire time, and pinched my inner arms with her nails so bad that I had bruises on both arms for two weeks. I was disappointed to not receive any response from the manager after reaching out twice. Stay at the hotel if you are looking for a relaxing time, but skip the spa massage.

EDIT*** Manager reached out and discussed the issues. I am happy with the resolution. I want to preface this review by stating we paid close to $700 a night and stayed in a king suite with courtyard view. We have stayed at many luxury boutique hotels in the pnw and this has not been our favorite by a long shot. The first night we had dinner at the Fireside lounge. Great atmosphere but as soon as we ordered our drinks with dinner the waitress asked us for our card to hold on file. We felt it was a little odd as we have never been asked for a card up front at any restaurant we have ever eaten at. The beds and pillows were very stiff. The 2 nights we stayed there we woke up sore and not well rested as well as paying extra for the courtyard view which was nice but it was rather noisy. We are 39 and are younger with kids but could hear everything outside and in the hall. The second day we went to the hot tub but was not told they do not have changing rooms avail to those that are not getting a treatment. I had to put my clothes and shoes outside in the rain and my husband couldn't use the sauna because he needed to walk our clothes back to the room. The person at the desk stated lockers were only for guests with treatments. This would have been nice to know. We were not impressed with this boutique hotel. The price was high and the treatment from the staff made us feel not welcome. My husband was asked by the hotel staff if we were even guests when he went to the hot tub! I am just completely in shock comparing to other places we have stayed and paying close to $1500 the rooms are about double what they should be.

We love coming to Woodinville to enjoy the the amazing wineries and food and typically stay at Willows Lodge. This was the 3rd and last time we will ever stay at this place due to the cleanliness and the staff. Starting off staff was not as friendly and the table service was poor. After celebrating my wife’s birthday with friends who were also staying at Willows we were sat down for dinner and refused service. Stating the server did not like how someone at the table was looking at her. We ended up having an amazing dinner and drinks at a local restaurant. Upon our return we were followed by hotel security back to our rooms while they were making comments to each other while laughing. I will no longer suggest referrals to my customers or friends to visit Willows Lodge.

I’m not sure how I went 6 years living in Woodinville before staying at Willows. The lodge is so beautiful, quaint and relaxing. The rooms are well appointed, comfortable and simply beautiful. Had a really lovely stay. It was a friend’s birthday and the staff went beyond the extra mile to make the celebration special. Cannot recommend Willows enough. Thank you, Willows Staff!!

This is the place we go to when we decide to stay overnight for either wine tasting or experiencing a formal dinner at the Herbfarm. The hotel is great, build like a log cabin and you feel transposed by the experience. The rooms are pricey unfortunately with no real other decent lodging options around but it is worth it for the level of service and the quality you get.

To be fair I was visiting a friend who was staying here, not staying here myself, but the rooms and the grounds are beautiful. The little path out the back is very cute and peaceful, the staff are friendly and attentive, and the food is great. $24 seemed a bit much for a brunch lox bagel, but when it arrived I'd say it was absolutely worth it. Perfectly located if you're visiting the wineries or distillery. If you can afford the rooms here you will not be disappointed.

Super cozy hotel with great rooms, on-site dining, and a solid spa! The room itself is pretty large and is perfect for a cold winter due to the fireplace and massive soaking tub. The bathroom also has a high-tech temp control for your shower! The lobby was wonderful - coffee and granola bars were available in the morning and hot apple cider is available for the rest of the day :) Service is top-notch with friendly employees from the accommodating housekeeping staff, front desk folks, and the people staffing the restaurants/in-room dining. Prices for food are a little pricey although it's to be expected for this location. Unfortunately, it's located pretty far away from seatac and isn't necessarily super pedestrian friendly if you're trying to get to restaurants/wineries that are more than half a mile away. Didn't get to try out their bikes or trails since it was rainy during my stay.

Amazing stay I’d say that was the most luxurious experience in our lives. Great anniversary location and restaurant. We had a gift card and the staff took wonderful care of everything. Thank you

My new wife and I had a fantastic wedding night and following day of pure relaxation. The entire staff in the lodge, spa, and amazing restaurants were incredibly attentive, kind, and they all made the atmosphere and experience unforgettable. We will be back for getaway weekends in the years to come.

Amazing hotel and service! Walkable to all of the great wineries nearby. They accommodated our 2AM check-in (due to flight delays) and were very welcoming!

Great hotel with some of the most beautiful grounds... Surrounded by green, vineyards, and fresh air. Staff and service excellent. Plenty of open and private spaces to chill, relax and have conversations...

A luxurious lodge where the ambiance is immediately warm and welcoming. This was my 2nd stay and the rooms were consistently spacious, clean and well-appointed with jetted tubs and fireplaces. The staff is very eager to please guests. The hotel is in walking distance to a beautiful winery and there are two fine restaurants located on the grounds of the lodge. Highly recommend.

I haven't stayed the night here, but have come for their live music nights and wow! Willows Lodge does such a great job. They have really executed an excellent service experience, right from your interaction with the Valet, to the bartender, and everyone in between. All the staff who work here are attentive, friendly, and welcoming. The food options are all delicious and inventive, and the bartender was a true professional, working quickly and turning out delicious, complex drinks. Really impressed with the hospitality experience here.

My husband and I stayed at Willows Lodge for two nights following our wedding as a mini-honeymoon and it was the loveliest experience. We checked in late at night after our wedding and the staff were so kind and welcoming and treated us to champagne and rose petals in the room. We had a wedding cake that wouldn’t fit in the room fridge, so they took it and kept it in their large fridge, and brought us slices as we asked for them. The room was gorgeous and incredibly comfortable, beautifully decorated, and clean/well maintained. We were so sad to only stay two nights - highly recommend if you’re looking for a romantic and luxurious stay!

Very nice resort and service. Excellent location. Staff was very friendly. Only complaint was there was a loud wedding reception going on pretty late right next to our room on the south end. Would have been nice to place us "non-wedding guests" away from the reception area. We couldn't really enjoy our private patio in peace. But other than that the hotel, staff, food, drinks, etc. were all great.

Beautiful spot, very well done and true to the Pacific Northwest. Lovely service and a nice getaway. Went here for a wedding and stayed on the property. Excellent landscaping and gardens on the property and close to many walking and biking trails. Would come back.

Splurged on the room with the amazing soaking tub. Room service around midnight didn't disappoint. Such friendly staff and easy access to fine and casual but still swanky dining at herbfarm and barking frog. Amazing location near the vineyards.

My partner, dog, and I stayed here over Christmas weekend and loved every moment of it. We typically stay at airbnbs when traveling, so the luxury service was a lovely surprise. Upon check in Katie (I hope I'm spelling their name right) offered to take our luggage to our room, which we really appreciated. Katie helped us coordinate a late check-out as well. We also spoke to Rachelle at the front desk and they were so kind, they even gifted us some bath salt and bubble bath samples. The food at Fireside was AMAZING. We also really enjoyed our room service from Barking Frog. Perhaps our favorite thing was the "Doggie Room Service Menu" - this was hilariously adorable - and our picky dog LOVED his meal. We enjoyed the property and the outdoor hot tub. Next time we would love to try the spa services. We will definitely be back! Thank you!

Great clean luxury boutique hotel, which I am glad we choose as our place to stay, parking can be tight though. If you plan on spending the weekend in this part of Woodinville, this is the place to stay. We did not drive anywhere for 2 days, and we enjoyed many restaurants and wineries just within walking distance. We did not get to enjoy the spa but it looked nice! The lobby bar/restaurant had amazing service and high quality cocktails. They have a rotating Moscow mule with different flavors on tap. The rooms were clean, they have a nice little patio area, fireplace, large bathtub and shower, as well as Molton Brown amenities in the bathroom. Rooms were very quiet, almost too quiet.. we didn’t ask for a fan, but a little white noise would have been nice. When we checked in we received a glass of red wine to enjoy, and there are always some snacks in the lobby which for a quick bite work great. Highly recommend staying here!

Buyer disclosure: If you cancel within 48 hours, you'll be charged the massage fee of $165 (pre-taxes). I received my confirmation with this information via TEXT and was thankful I kept it because I usually delete unknown numbers. I've had a massage here before that was gifted by my employer and can say that I've had better and for less (55 min for $55 at Rose Massage in Everett. Current promo on Groupon is $45). I was gifted a gift card to this place and intended to use it but they can have it, if I'm hit with that ridiculous sort of fee.

I had the most beautiful experience and stay with the most scenic lush surroundings, top notch & spotless rooms that are cozy and inviting, polished & professional staff, delicious cuisines along with incredible spa treatments. (Shannon) is best of the best for massage and (Hadam) spa front staff so kind. All the team members were efficient, warm-hearted and thoughtful throughout my whole 4 day stay. Even the concierge service was wonderful, especially (Bobbie) who went above & beyond. The front desk team members were amazingly attentive and caring especially (Kiril) a sweetheart & (Rochelle) a rock star! Everyone went ABOVE & BEYOND including the mangers. This is my 2nd stay in 6yrs, just keeps getting better and better. I would've given it 6 stars if I could! ☆☆☆☆☆☆ P.S. No... I wasn't paid or compensated for my review however I paid more than most to stay here and worth EVERY PENNY ;>>>

Weddings at Willows Lodge are a dream!! All-inclusive, wonderful food and drink. Staff is very professional and organized. I am a local wedding planner and have only ever experienced excellence at this venue. They take care of their clients / guests so well. Highly recommend!

Super Friendly Staff. Lobby Can Get Groovy After Weddings and Can Be Loud To Some. They Do Have Doors That Close Off Hallways To Rooms. Great Spot.

I booked a one night stay for some relaxation while traveling through, and this looked like the most posh spot in the Woodinville area. It seems to be a popular retreat for weddings and corporate events, and there was one of each happening that weekend so occupancy was quite full. Very nice spacious rooms with large soaking tub and all the perks you'd expect from a boutique resort. Beautiful gardens to stroll around and look at wildlife, including the two resident miniature pigs. It's great to have several dining options right on site rather than venturing further away to find somewhere to eat (the restaurant had staffing issues, but that's a separate review). I only wish we could have stayed longer, but at $1k per night I'll wait for it to be on the company's tab next time.

10 star service. Bryan at front desk was delightful. Brandon, Tara, Nichole at Barking Frog were all wonderful! Food..amazing. portions more than enough. Doors were opened, our every request promptly attended to. Room fresh and clean overlooking a beautiful zen garden. I don't know how anyone could have a negative experience. My husband John and I travel a lot and this place is top knotcand very affordable. . We will be back.

Phenomenal!!!!! I celebrated my birthday here and this place exceeded my expectations! They checked me in and greeted me with a complimentary glass of wine! They personalized my room with welcome cards for me and my dog Toby! I recieved a bottle of wine to celebrate! The resort grounds, restaurant/lounge, jacuzzi, spa tub and scenery was just amazing!! I will definitely return!!

One night away at this wonderful lodge (without the kids!) was just what we needed to rejuvenate and refresh. Was very impressed with cleanliness and attention to safety. We didn't leave our room--didn't need to--as they had great food delivery and all the amenities right there.

Our recent 3 day stay here will probably be our last. We like the hotel and our couples massage was fantastic, Melissa should have Marvelous Melissa on her name tag! But I feel at this price point we shouldn't have to ask for maid service! I didn't get my daily $50 credit for brunch, and one brunch wasn't even offered! The Barking Frog seems to have transitioned to "designer food". Tiny servings with unknown garnishment that does not promote a desire to dig in! We opted for breakfast at IHOP and dinner at the Hollywood Tavern, great food and adult portions. I'm sure there are plenty of millennial demographics who will enjoy the kind of fare being offered, just not us.

We held our wedding (ceremony & reception) at Willows and had an incredible experience! They're pros at weddings and a great option if you don't want to have to deal with tons of different vendors as the venue is pretty all inclusive. We also loved how dog friendly they are. And the huge soaking tubs in every room are a major bonus!

My goodness, WOW! This place is amazing! Front door valet service, umbrellas at every doorway to ensure you never have to cross in the rain. It’s the little things and this place has them covered! Great experience!

I wish I could give 10 Stars! This has to be one of the top 3 hotel resorts, in the world. If your looking for romance, 5 star service, amazing extras, right in the heart of wine country, then this is your spot! This is an absolute must stay and experience of a life time,

The spa was absolutely amazing. Service was outstanding and very kind. The lodge is located in an area where there are plenty of wineries to visit. It is a uber away from downtown Seattle which was nice.

Booked a room last minute for a staycation on Easter weekend. Rooms were pricey but that might have been due to the holiday weekend. Otherwise we had a fantastic stay. Our dogs came with us and they had everything from dog beds/treats available for them to room service with an entire puppy menu. For being a dog friendly lodge, the grounds and rooms were extremely clean and the staff was so professional and friendly. I never felt like it was a hindrance for having our two dogs there, they always had extra treats and there were several trails around the property for them to enjoy. We ordered room service for breakfast two days in a row. Food came quick straight from their restaurant across the street and it wasn’t too overpriced. Another plus was the wineries and restaurants within walking distance. Fireside lounge (hotel bar) had a good vibe and they do live music most days, just wish they had more room because it was jam packed with a 1.5 wait after the music starts. Will definitely stay here again and probably remember to make reservations for the lounge next time, or get there early!

Absolutely amazing stay as always! The manicured 5 acres with 7 ponds will inspire your soul. The hot tub is our favourite area as they meticulously plant beautiful flowers and the solid rock for a shower is impressive along with the waterfall. The staff are the best and make every stay feel like you are the only ones there. Food is terrific as they have several options. Barking Frog, Herb Garden and the Lounge. The double smashed burger is one of the best in Washington State. We look forward to our next stay sooner than later. Thanks again to everyone at Willows Lodge.

Such an amazing resort to spend an anniversary in! The rooms are very comfortable and warm, the staff is excellent with their service, and all the other amenities are amazing. We spent the night here after doing some wine tasting and Woodinville, and I'm so glad that we did. We toured the grounds on Tuesday morning and ran into two little pigs who help with the farming for the restaurants! I cannot say enough positive things about this resort. We will definitely be back for another anniversary or birthday!

My wife and I spent 2 nights at Willow's Lodge and had a wonderful experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were great and the grounds were breathtaking. Having the Fireside Lounge there was perfect. The musicians we saw were some of the best we've seen in a long time. Worth the cost to make it an incredible stay.

This lodge will not disappoint! Beautiful gardens and ponds in an ideal Woodinville setting. You can walk to the wine tasting rooms or drive. The rooms have awesome tubs for two with slippers and bathrobes! The live music at nights makes this a real cozy relaxing treat!

We were hired to perform live music and magic show for the wedding ceremony and cocktail hour at Willows Lodge 2 month ago. The stuff was very friendly, attentive and helpful with everything we asked. We highly recommend this place to all couples who are searching for the wedding venue or just to celebrate birthday or anniversary.🥳

This is an amazing boutique hotel with attention to detail. The staff even noticed that I wore colorful socks everyday! I was greeted upon my arrival with champagne, and from there the wine kept flowing. I got married here in 2014. The grounds are beautiful. This is truly an experience and not just a stay. My room had a fireplace, jacuzzi, and a comfy bed. They were very knowledgeable about the area and sent us to the local wineries such as Chateau St. Michelle. I will remember this day forever thanks to them. R. I. P. Peter Nault.

This place is absolutely gorgeous! The grounds are surrounded in the most beautiful shade gardens and gorgeous settings throughout. Rooms are so well appointed and just as beautiful. The modern amenities inside them are fun! TV in the mirror. Push button shower. Right thru the hedge off the parking lot opens up to several wineries with more to come! Enjoy!
