Here in Tacoma again. Saw this place on yelp and figured it would be a nice breakfast spot. We were pleasantly surprised. Cute and clean establishment. Staff are friendly and helpful. The biscuits were moist and not soggy from the gravy. Hashbrowns were cooked great. Gravy us a good flavor and not overly salty like at most diners. We will definitely be coming back. ❤

Place was busy. Lots of orders coming in. I really enjoy the biscuits. They were filling and delicious with the gravy. The whole plate was a complete American breakfast and was reasonably priced for the quantity and area. The service was stellar - on top of their game. The unique latte flavors was also a plus. Would recommend trying it out. Parking lot was a little small for the amount of customers coming in.

This place is AMAZING. We have came here two days in a row and will be coming here every morning until we leave. The food is soooo good! And the coffee and infused Red Bulls are great too. I can’t even put into words how good everything was, food, service, speed and quality. I seriously wish I lived here just for this place. And anyone who gives this restaurant less than 4-5 stars, there is something wrong with you. You need to get that Chris Rock slap. Really wish this was available back home. You know when you eat such good food, it makes you sit back and just appreciate your life? This did this, every single bite.Looking forward to coming back tomorrow and will miss it when I leave back home.

We were attending a conference in Tacoma last month and we stopped by the Biscuit House for breakfast early on a Saturday morning. It did not disappoint! All the food was great, but the pancakes were especially amazing. We'll definitely be back in the future whenever we are in the area.

This hidden gem has the best breakfast and customer service we've had in a while. The French toast swirl with fresh fruit and the Rise and Shine omelet with aioli sauce so tasty. The place was super clean and staff is very professional. We'll be back!

The Sunshine Pizza is an absolute breakfast culinary delight. It’s base is a perfectly baked flat pizza-like biscuit, not burnt on the bottom. Their delicious sausage gravy is used as the “pizza sauce”. It’s topping include shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, crumbled sausage, and chopped ham. And finally, two perfectly cooked scrambled eggs (you can have your eggs cooked however you want) are placed on top with a light sprinkling of green onions. This is one of the best breakfast items I’ve ever had. I highly recommend trying this out. It’s enough for one hungry person and could possibly be split between two people who aren’t super hungry. Highest compliments to the chef(s) who made this.

Great breakfast spot and coffee! I got the Eggs In A Nest and iced caramel macchiato. I love the hash brown cakes under the eggs and the sauce they drizzled on top. A little pricey for a small portion. I was also looking at past photos from other reviewers and noticed that the hash brown cakes looked bigger compared to what I was served. It just didn't seem like it was worth almost $12 for the portion that I got. 2 fried eggs, seasoned hash browns, and fruit... plus the added sausage on the side which is over $1.00 extra. I should have ordered the Spanish Omelet that my husband got. Despite the inconsistency in portion sizes, it was a delicious meal. Customer service was great and servers were friendly. I only wished that they didn't use single use plastic cups for water when you're dining in. Not very eco-friendly.

Ma and pa breakfast place. Good food, simple menu. You order and pay at the counter and they give you a number to put on your table. The food came quick and was quite good. The staff was friendly. We left full and happy.

The biscuits are really good so if you go here the first time try anything on the menu with biscuits. I had the biscuits sandwich with loaded hash browns combo and it's very filling. The coffee was delicious also.

I ordered the classic biscuits and gravy with 2 eggs scrambled and home fries. They served my eggs on top of my biscuits and gravy (I'm not a fan of food touching). But both were good. The gravy was not traditional sausage crumbles but sausage links sliced into thin disks. The gravy was very pale, but still quite tasty. The eggs were good and didn't need the hot sauce I put on them. The potatoes needed a little something. Ketchup couldn't do the heavy lifting to overcome the lack of seasoning on them. The atmosphere was reminiscent of "Washington does Waffle House" where you can see into the kitchen and the seating is all around. A bit more "upscale" than the Waffle House chain. But I like Waffle House. Drinks were self-serve. Even hot drinks for dine-in were in paper cups to go. It was nice to have a refill to go, but I missed having the warm ceramic mug of hot coffee. All-in-all, it was good and reminded me of yuppy Waffle House.

Bacon - Amazing, I almost dropped a tear after I ate the 2 I had and didn't have anymore.. Loaded Potato Bowl - Very disappointed. I really thought this was going to be good.. It bearly was okay.. Potatoes was too soft and not crispy. Country Gravy had no real flavor or seasoning. The cheese really good on top of this.... added a egg over medium on top.. the egg was cooked perfectly.. but not even a dash of salt on anything..

I love this place. The food here is great. They have everything I love for breakfast at any time of day. Whether I'm feeling like something hearty like biscuits & gravy, in between snack like the Breakfast Biscuit (sandwich) or something classic like the pancake meals or whatever kind of omelette you could want. All of it is delicious. The wait has never been unbearably long and the place is always clean. I was just there a couple days back. It was POURING down buckets of rain all day. Biscuit House was still packed. I picked up my order and went to grab a couple of straws for our coffee, when one of the employees said "oh, no, you have some in the bag already". I thought it kind of odd that she would stop me grabbing a straw, but just assumed she wanted me to kno that everything was taken care of by a competent staff. I hurried back to my car though the cold sheets of rain that had been non-stop and opened the bag to get the straws (needed to get to that coffee asap). To my confusion and dismay, there were no straws in the bag. Needless to say I was pretty bothered, having to get out and go back in for some. I didn't feel like this deserved a knock in the overall rating of this place. I'm really a fan. But I do think it needed to be mentioned. Overall, double thumbs up and highly recommended.

This place is a hidden gem. The atmosphere is very aesthetic and cozy, the staff is very attentive and friendly, and the food is prepared quickly and is FANTASTIC. Also, their cafe (red bulls and coffees) are amazing too! I think it’s definitely well priced for the experience and quality. 10/10 recommend! They’re also open on Sunday’s again which is awesome for brunch.

I really want to love this place. Thought I would try it again. Had the Denver Omelet, hash browns, and a biscuit. I also order sausage gravy. The omelet had very small pieces of ham and veggies all baked into the egg which makes for a DRY bland omelet experience. It was cheesy but looked like a flat pancake rolled in on itself..not fluffy, not anything spectacular. The gravy had hardly any sausage in the gravy..and worse yet it was soupy. It's more like country gravy with specks and maybe 4 or 5 small dime-shaped pieces of flavorless sausage. For the price, it just doesn't compare to other locations that are at the same $$ but deliver a better product.

It's a little awkward walking in since you order and pay before you sit, but the service is impeccable so I didn't care. Had a delicious breakfast with one of the best chai latte I have ever had! Make sure to get a scone! Love love ❤️❤️!

This is a food review, but if it were based on just service and cleanliness alone I’d give it 5 stars! The food is good, it’s perfectly fine. I wish the menu had healthier options like plain fruit. The portions are perfect, big, but not too big. Plates like the French toast are great for sharing. We ordered a juice, biscuit sandwich (I was able to sub a sausage patty for bacon too - no extra cost), and a full plate. The cost, with tip, came to just under &40. Might seem a little high, but with the amount of food and fast service, it was right on par with other places. Really, the service was friendly and accommodating. It was SUPEE clean. I typically tend to do my own wipe down of tables and I did here. The difference from other places - my wipe was fairly clean, in other places you can see how dirty the wipe is at the end (gross), but not here. Also the bathroom is very clean and it has a nice baby changing table.

Loss count of how many times I've eaten here & shown others! Love that if I wake up late & miss breakfast, I can always count on Biscuit House for brunch! Love their late breakfast hours! Their food is also amazing! The only place I go to for Biscuits & gravy.

Just found this little breakfast place and so glad!! Everyone was so friendly, the staff gave great recommendations and they were willing to accommodate with alternatives to pork sausage and gravy so I was able to enjoy my meal! The dining room is a very cute and cozy space and the hosts checked in on our table many times to see if we needed anything. Coffee was great too. Will definitely be coming here regularly.

This was our first visit and it definitely won’t be our last. To began, the vibe is super cool and healthy. Yes, I said healthy! The employees were super nice and everyone seemed to enjoy themselves. To order, you stand in line in front of the register which has a large menu above. Choosing your meal should be easy. At the register they have a small selection of pastries for the day. The young lady at the register was super nice and friendly and will give you a number and from there you seat yourself. FYI, they have an open kitchen if your into that . Either way it’s always cool. I ordered the “Something Simple,” which comes with 2 eggs 2pc bacon w/ hash browns or toast. It was very good, zero complaints. It reminded me of when I was in the Army. My beautiful wife ordered the “classic sausage biscuit and gravy.” She too enjoyed her meal and said it was exactly what she wanted. As for the crowd, It was apparent that this is a military hot spot. I never realized how much you can spot em 😆. But, it made me feel like I was back in the community I spent most of my life in. They open at 0700am and we arrived at 0830. By 0945am this place was getting packed. So plan ahead. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

Super great service! Good food as well, the only thing I wasn’t a fan of was the potatoes but everything else was great! Especially the hot chocolate! I recommend this place for a good breakfast.

Not from this area and only the 2nd time to come here but has been awesome both times. Good service, quick with the food, and tasty. This establishment is always worth a stop for breakfast while traveling and will stay on my list of good places to eat. Breakfast is served all day. Pastry selection is limited as it is a small restaurant. They have a little coffee bistro to fuel up onsite. I ordered the haley’s hash with overeasy eggs. The biscuits are really good. Enjoy.
