Pint&Pie located in the Tacoma Stadium District is a casual and comfortable brew house experience with an open and airy interior easily accommodating current social distancing along with an even larger outdoor experience where one can easily enjoy warm summer days and evenings. As a brew pub format there are at least 14+ (on tap) local handcrafted beer/ales on offer in addition to a variety of artisan ciders and other beverages available to suit ones tastes. Other additions in the taste department include a light fare of pie centric items both sweet and savoury to satisfy ones appetite. The savoury pies (which are not housemade.. but excellent!) come either topped or surrounded in a rich buttery flakey pastry and filled with top shelf ingredients. The supurbly blended flavours are remenicent of having a country French influence, but all work well in being paired with the light to hearty ales being offered rather than a glass of wine. Each individual pot pie (selection includes Chicken, Turkey, Beef bourgogne, Vegetable and Mac and Cheese on my visit) arrives with a side of fresh arugula greens with cucumber, beets, feta cheese crumbles and a light tasty balsamic vinegret. Be warned though, the individual pot pie size (for price) is somewhat smaller than may be expected, which in addition to the pleasing taste and textures will leave you wanting more. As mentioned above, Pint&Pie also providesย a limited dessert pie selection (sourced from an exceptional local bakery), but for me a bit too sweet and caloric after a few pints but the Lemon Meringue was tempting.

Nice little place. NW Brews, decent pies for a quick, light meal and a pint. My wife and I had a pie (1 seasonal and 1 veggie) and a pint. The Raspberry Beer is Aces! My Black IPA was excellent as well.

Great chocolate pie + really good meat pie and beers! Worth the little walk to get there.

Beers good. Service good. Piesโ€ฆ. The burgundy beef pot pie needed more salt or something. It lacked flavor. For starters I tried the trailhead wheel and the bread was just ok but the spread was delicious. The menu looks and sounds good but it didnโ€™t deliver that day. Iโ€™ll try again because I had great service and beer. Maybe I need to drink more beer to see if the food tastes better.

I got there when it opened so I was the first customer of the day. There was so much room a family of Sasquatch could have barreled through without a problem. They are moving in about 10 days, so this might be the last review for this location. The bartender was fantastic. The food was great and the beer is top notch.

The space is nice and the service was great but I didnโ€™t like how the pies werenโ€™t made in house. They come from a Seattle bakery then get shuttled down and reheated. Taste was fine but small. Iโ€™ll try again later but not sold on the first impression.

I like the atmosphere, calm and cool. Very modern, yet with the wood and brick is a great aesthetic. Beer is good the lager my favorite.

Absolutely loved this restaurant. I went and tried it once with friends when I was visiting from out of state. A year later I visited again and still remembered how great it was and had to go back. Iโ€™d recommend the chicken pie but they also have a vegetarian option that my vegetarian friends liked!

Great beers! Very friendly staff! The pies are outsourced from a place in Seattle but they are really tasty. As explained to us, if you are looking for England style meat pies, this isn't the place for you. I would agree. They are more like French style meat pies that are heavy on the interplay of robust flavors. Really good overall. Prices are a little high for a meat pie and arugula salad but still very yummy.

Beer was great. The staff was very friendly and funny. The pie. Eh. I guess I was expecting it to be a little better. The presentation was great, don't get me wrong, but the taste was just meh. I really like the idea of this place by the way, I just think the delivery of the pie needs to be worked on a bit more. Would still be more than willing to give it another try sometime in the future though!

Very cool place, I had myself some stroganoff that was served over their macaroni and cheese. Wasn't sure what to expect and it was delightful! Had it with a pale ale that was brewed there.

Great addition to downtown Tacoma. Relatively quiet place to watch the games, enjoy some good food and drink.
