Based on my recent visit on 02-07-2022: Once you step inside, you'll definitely fall in love with the ambience. Located near the famous "a convention centre " in a peaceful area. Another thing you observe is the brick pizza oven, which gives the pizzas a distinct unique taste. Minimal menu, food tastes great. Seating was arranged in different styles. Either we can sit outside and enjoy the food with a touch of cool breeze(depends on the climate 😛) or be seated inside which further adds a better experience during your visit. Ordered a couple of soups, mocktails, and cheese garlic breads. All of them tasted so good. A nice place to hangout with your dear ones and soak your taste buds in the delicious food and drinks of your choice available from the menu. Ordered food reached your table in a few minutes and, keeps you busy with the little chit chats and a byte... Only down side I observed during my visit is, staff getting little confused while serving the orders.

Liked the ambience of the place. It was quite and pleasant. The food that I tried was delicious. Although, the waiter didn't know or understand the local language (Telugu) and neither did he have communicable English. It was a quite a bit difficult to communicate with the waiter. Could improve that.

I have dined here for a dinner date with the wife. Chill ambience. A lot of school kids were celebrating a birthday party. We ordered a grilled chicken pizza and honey glazed fries. The pizza 🍕 had a pesto base and was below average. Fries 🍟 were great. Mocktails were good, too. It was suffocating at the outdoor seating. It is just beside the authentic pizza oven. I will try this place again, but I will sit inside.

Warm and serene atmosphere to sit out in winter. Menu is truly Italian and has great taste too. Desserts are a must try . everything is delish...😋

Absolutely pathetic to say the least. We have ordered Chicken BBQ wings and trust me it's one of the worst dishes I've ever tried. Chicken smells a lot and doesn't look like it was freshly cooked. On the other hand, Fish fingers was good. Prices are high too. Place is okayish with decent ambience but needs a lot of proper maintenance

So fortunate to have this place just a few minutes drive away from home. This place is elegant with tasty food and the service is good.

This wonderful cake, which has a rose and pistachio flavour, was a surprise from my husband to me. The cake's finishing is lovely, and the taste was fantastic. The cake isn't heavy or sticky, and the sweetness levels are well balanced, prompting me to buy it again as soon as possible. Thank you for being part of my special memory.

Must go for a nice decent date, Beautiful ambience consisting of artistic tables with the availability of charging ports for work-oholics. Coming to food: We took a bowl of Tomato/Basil Soup and Penne Al'Rosa Pasta and a Red Velvet Shake for the dessert. The soup was made with milk hence it got a creamy texture which i didn't expected. It was good when it is only hot. Have it before it turns out cold. The pasta was pretty decent with various veggies like olives, mushrooms and zucchini. It was savoury. Must be shared between 2. Otherwise it'll be heavy for one unless you're very hungry. The star item is the dessert, Red Velvet Shake was very dense and delicious. Pretty satisfied in the end Pros: * Picturesque Ambience * Good place to have authentic Italian cuisine. * Charging ports available Cons: * It's a little above average coming to the prices. So be careful while ordering. ($$$)

Pros: 1. The ambience was good and staff were friendly. 2. Starters were good except a few ingredients. 3. Fish rice bed was very good and Penne Pasta was decent. 4. Shakes were excellent. Cons: 1. The grilled zucchini in both starters and mains was extremely bitter. When reported it to the service staff, 2. Price and taste ratio is bad since the items are not so tasty considering the prices. 3. Most of the staff speaks only Hindi and inadequate English.

Nicoli Team responded later on & delivered a new cake. Thank you so much for saving the occasion. (I've ordered a butterscotch cake from swiggy. Packaging is not at all deliverable. The whole cake is tilted sideways. The cream is completely melted by the time cake is delivered. Very worst experience, totally spoiled the occasion. They are not even taking responsibility.)

Only Continental food is available and it's okay okay... ambience is good on top of all...

I Iove this place, a perfect place to hangout with friends , ambience is too good and I give 5/5 for maintenance, I customised a coffee, that tastes good, and the prices is also affordable, i definitely recommend this cafe
