It
was
the
first
café
I
went
to
in
Gangneung
and
he
declined
my
official
KOREAN
vaccine
papers,
which
is
actually
illegal.
I
informed
the
Local
Public
Health
Center.
EDIT:
The
response
of
the
café
shows
even
more,
that
the
owner
didnt
do
his
research!
YES,
it
was
illegal
to
not
let
people
into
your
store
or
café
who
got
the
vaccine
papers
that
time.
You
simply
had
to
write
down
their
number
and
contact
data
on
a
piece
of
paper
for
the
authorities
to
check
it
and
contact
you
IF
there
wouldve
been
a
positive
case.
The
owner
was
simply
just
too
lazy
(or
not
interested
enough)
to
ask
the
customers
without
QR-Code
to
write
down
their
number
and
keep
that
piece
of
paper
safely
for
2
weeks.
And:
Many
foreigners
were
not
able
to
get
the
QR-Code
in
the
first
place
because
of
their
visa
type.
Thats
exactly
why
the
authorities
declared
not
letting
you
in
because
of
the
QR-Code
being
illegal.
It´s
not
about
you
caring
about
your
customers
because
of
COVID..
You
were
just
not
interested
to
listen
or
care!!
Especially
the
rude
and
totally
not
interested
way
you
told
me
to
leave,
made
me
write
this
review.
There
is
no
way
I´m
coming
again.
