It was a rainy day, then I saw many people queuing outside. The next day, I went in to have a try. Main dish is a Japanese styled raw egg yolk soba noodles. Mix everything in the bowl. 10,000 krw.

Been here a few times and it's amazing. There is almost always a line. You order from a digital display at the front of the restaurant and it'll give the number for your order. The noodles are amazing and service is quick and pleasant. Once all the noodles are finished make sure you order some rice to finish soaking up all the sauce.

Best noodles I’ve had of any kind. Come early to get in line! I actually don’t eat pork or beef or eggs but Google translate helped me get some help from the very kind staff so I didn’t go hungry. I loved it!!

Thick mazesoba - good. Should definitely order grilled pork skin, it has a great texture and marinade. Will come back to try other options. You pay first at the kiosk and then wait for your order number outside if there are no seats.

Amazing food. I was so full and I couldn't finish. The pork skin was chewy and delicious. The egg could be better. I don't think it was seasoned enough.

Best Ramen in Busan. I went to Busan for 3 days and I have eaten at this restaurant twice.

I never heard of mazesoba before, but this place looked popular as I walked past. I decided to come back later in the afternoon to try it. At 2pm (on a Monday) the line was gone and I was able to walk right in and order from the kiosk. The kiosk supported multiple languages so it was easy to use as an english speaker. I sat at an empty seat at the counter, wondering how they know my order and where I sat, since I didn't hand over my receipt to anyone. It must have been handled by the attendant near the kiosk who briefly talked to the kitchen staff to put my order in. The wait took about 8 minutes which was longer than I expected, but no big deal. The dish is absolutely beautiful, and it tastes great too. I added the chashu pork (2 pieces) for 2000 won, making the total 12,000 won. Mix everything together and enjoy. When you finish the noodles you can order rice to mix into the remaining sauce, but I was too full so I did not ask for any rice. Give it a try if you want a break from Korean food, it was delicious.

Visit on weekend night around 6.30pm, waiting time 20 mins. Added some vinegar and chilli oil then mix it, delicious 😋

It was so tasty. The noodles are a litlle undercook on purpose, the broth and the meat will take you to another land. A little spicy but nobody´s gonna complain about it ! You see I waited in a line for this, and I was so happy to eat that I forgot about the waiting. Staff is great, a must place to go if you love ramen or if you just curious. Eather way you're in for a treat!
