It is located near Gujeolsongi and, befitting the name of the observatory, the view is spectacular. To the north, you can see the main ridge of Palgongsan Mountain and Hwanseongsan Mountain, and Sangrimae Mountain is beautiful. To the south, Daegu City is spread out at a glance. You can see everything from east to west of Daegu. The ridge of Apsan Mountain is also visible, and the residential complexes of the big city are clearly visible. If you enjoy the night view, you can come up when the sun sets, but you will need to bring a lantern as there are no lighting facilities. Accessibility is not easy. About 2km from Gongsan Dam. In Dansanji, you have to walk about 3km to access it, and you must experience climbing at the level of a mountain climber. The shoes are sneakers. You must wear hiking shoes, and hiking boots are recommended.

Daegu Dong-gu Bongmu-dong. Dansan Reservoir. Bongmu Park. Gujeolsong Observatory has many easy hiking courses starting from Dansan Reservoir, making it a popular destination for citizens. It is a popular place near Daegu Airport where there is a constant flow of visitors. Although it is a low peak called Gamtaebong Peak with a summit of 339m, it has its own ascents and descents. It is a 7-8km course called the 10,000-step walk. This place also has a nickname. People of all ages and genders, including couples, can enjoy it. Behind the summit, the ridge of Palgongsan Mountain spreads out like a folding screen, and in the front is the Gyeongbu Expressway, where pilots run coolly along the Geumho River. You can see the entire city of Daegu. The night view is also wonderful.

When you climb up to the observatory, you can see the Palgongsan Mountain area on one side and the entire Daegu on the other side. Most people climb from the Bongmu Park side, but there is also a hiking course from the Gongsan Dam side. It's pretty good.

It's always a great place to exercise. The barefoot hiking trail below is great for a quiet walk while looking around Dansanji. However, in the summer when the sun gets hotter, sunscreen is essential~^^

The view from Gujeolsong Observatory is really nice! Personally, I think it's better than the Apsan Observatory haha Apsan Mountain is focused on the night view haha.

I walked around the park and went up and down, and it was a little over 10km to Gujeolsong. It was difficult, but I am satisfied. .

It is an easy trekking course similar to the mountain behind the neighborhood. The view of Daegu and Palgongsan Mountain on the other side from the observatory are amazing!

It's a local mountain, but it's a good place to view downtown Daegu.

(Translated by Google) It is most suitable as a simple hiking course. There are no amenities (food, beverage, and toilet), but there are some exercise equipment that you can relax. (Original) 간편등산코스로는 최적입니다. 편의시설(식.음료.화장실)은없지만 간단히 몸풀수있는 운동기구는 있네요
