I would strongly recommend to everyone visiting Daegu walk through the Daegu Modern History Street Tour Course, located in Jung-gu.By visiting this tour route, you can learn about Daegu’s history related to the Korean War,Japanese Occupation and the growth of Christianity in Korea.Cheongna Hill is the starting point of Daegu’s Street Tour Course 2.It has many attractions:Chamness’ House,Switzer’s House,Blair’s House,90 stairs and Daegu 3.1 Independence Movement Park and it is a good place with beautiful scenery to have a walk. Transportation: Take the subway at Dongdaegu Station or Daegu Station and take exit 9 after getting off at Cheongna Hill Station and walk about 375m.

Good narrow path worth visiting in Daegu. Cheongra means blue boston ivy. It was a hill where missionaries of protestants lived in early 20 century. And they raised the ivy there. Still you can see the buildings with Chimneys, Blair's building and so on. It connects to 90 step stairs, 3.1 demonstration path, the first western apple tree in Daegu and so on... It is the starting point of the 2nd course of Daegu path tour. And also popular place for taking a TV series...

I like it because it's a nice scenic hilly walk with a brief note of the history of this place. It's a must-go place when you visit Daegu to understand the history of what happened and the struggle, determination and tenacity of the Koreans in the past

Cool historic buildings in the middle of Daegu. I didn't have time to go inside any when I went, but there's a church, some museums, and the whole area is nice and shaded. Pretty neat looking even if you just walk through the area.

Cheongna Hill is located in the modern history valleys of Daegu city. This place is full of modern historical architects and stories of Korea during the revolution and missionary movement, where churches, school and hospital. It would be nice to have a tour guide you around and explain about the history. Besides, the scenery around this place is beautiful and peaceful for you to relax and turn back time experience Korean modern history
