I
was
very
excited
to
visit
this
hotel
but
was
let
down
in
almost
every
single
way.
I've
stayed
at
many
5
star
hotels
in
Korea
and
across
the
world,
and
this
is
most
definitely
not
on
par
with
any
of
them.
It
is
a
medicore
4
star
hotel
at
best
with
a
pretentious
attitude.
From
a
global
perspective,
the
pricing
is
quite
competitive.
However,
for
the
local
market,
the
hotel
doesn't
deserve
the
high
price
it
commands.
Pros:
-
The
rooms
are
new
so
they're
modern
and
in
good
shape.
-
The
bedding
is
excellent.
-
Our
room
(city-facing)
had
a
great
view.
-
The
porters
on
the
1F
were
kind
and
attentive.
Cons:
-
The
hotel
front
desk
staff
and
management
were
lackluster
and
many
didn't
have
a
good
command
of
English.
Their
attitude
in
Korean
was
no
better.
There
was
basically
no
welcome
at
all
when
we
got
to
the
front
desk.
They
also
bizarrely
asked
if
my
wife
and
I
were
together
despite
us
clearly
standing
next
to
each
other
and
us
having
a
reservation
for
two.
-
The
room
AC
was
finicky
and
is
actually
centrally
controlled
despite
having
a
control
panel
in
the
room.
When
we
arrived,
the
outdoor
temp
was
30C+
and
the
room
was
26C
and
kept
getting
hotter
all
night
despite
being
set
to
cool
at
the
lowest
setting.
The
mini
fridge
in
the
room
doesn't
really
get
cool
either.
-
The
building
has
a
confusing
and
inefficient
elevator
system
that
is
always
crowded.
In
most
cases
you
must
wait
a
long
time
for
one
elevator,
only
to
get
off
and
wait
a
long
time
for
another
elevator,
all
while
constant
crowds
of
people
try
to
shove
their
way
past
you.
-
Speaking
of
crowds,
this
place
is
constantly
crowded
everywhere!
Long
lines
to
check
in,
to
check
out,
to
get
on
the
elevators,
to
try
to
find
a
parking
spot,
to
get
a
cup
of
coffee,
etc.
Don't
expect
a
relaxing
experience
at
any
step
of
the
way.
