Had my first ever eyebrow wax experience with Tyra - had a lovely experience. Was initially nervous but Tyra made me feel really comfortable. Felt pampered and the brows came out looking fab! Would recommend.

Me and 2 friends went into boots just looking around and we started looking at the benefit stand only looking to buy one thing. Next thing we know, we’ve left with 4 products! All thanks to Nathan, who was amazing with us and really sold us the deals which we’re going on! 3 minis for £30 then 20% off and a free mascara. Nathan was so helpful and friendly, was not pushy at all just genuinely lovely! Came away feeling so happy with the products I bought and the interaction we had with Nathan. Overall, great experience!

I recently got my eyebrows done by the lovely Nathan. He not only did a fantastic job on my brows, but he was also super friendly and managed to take care of all the customers while giving me a top-notch eyebrow wax. He was also great at recommending me a new moisturiser. I can't recommend him enough – I've definitely found my new go-to eyebrow person in Cardiff!

Finally my eyebrows are perfect! Being a blonde I usually look like I have two big black furry caterpillars stuck on my face after every brow appointment I’ve had, but Nathan tinted them to perfection! I got a brow wax and tint by Tyra. What a lovely lady! So polite and helpful and kept checking throughout to make sure I was happy with what she was doing. She was on the counter by herself, and at this time of year it must be chaos for her but she was so cheerful! Highly recommend!

Nathan introduced me to some of the new skincare products today and also talked me through the different skin tints. I was so amazed at the products and he made me feel comfortable to try different things, ask all my questions & see exactly what I wanted. I feel like I had a bit of a self care treat day just chatting through products with him. I came away with products I love & I trusted they’d be safe on my sensitive skin too - because he was so knowledgable about what was in each product.
