Very nice hotel the staff are very friendly and the food is good highly recommended

Rooms are clean and tidy, food is very good and the staff are okay. The only negative point is the room service. Several times in the morning they come inside the room without getting permission. Update: after my first review and after few years the room service is way better now

Terrible incompetence at this hotel. After taking over 40 minutes for checkin, several out of our 10 rooms didn’t have running water. One didn’t have a functioning lock. Others had awful smells. We were also accused of only booking 9 rooms, which wasn’t true. Then at checkout, they tried to charge us for rooms that we’re already prepaid. Terrible service attitude in a developing tourist industry.

Stayed at this hotel twice. Both times it was a great disappointment. Definitely not worth the price paid. Rooms look nice, but showers are full of mold and floods out. Staff at reception are extremely slow. I was given multiple rooms until finally one was ok to stay. The other ones either didn’t have water, no electricity, AC not working, not ready etc. Like reception has no idea which rooms are ready to rent. They just give you any room. Included breakfast was ok… though many flies around.

Had a good stay here - rooms are clean a wifi works well and the pool and gym are just what you need. I would gladly stay here again
