5 stars to this beautiful , big and clean Dunkin' Donut right on the U.S. Route 2, then plenty of parking outside but easily accessible using the bus nr.1 ! Even during the late afternoon it's possible to find a large variety of pastry! Boston cream pie Donut 🍩 is my favourite absolutely! Coffee tastes good as usual! It has plenty of Dunkin' merchandise. People here are welcoming and helpful! You can both order directly to the cashier or using the machine which you have to pay using the card only. The menu is very easy to read and understand. The atmosphere is cozy. You can easily take your coffee chatting with friends, admiring the environment outside thanks to the large windows that frame this shop ... 🌳 🍃 🍂 🍁 This place has many tables and seats, low and high! Beautiful! Restrooms and free WiFi! Why this place shouldn't deserve 5 stars? 🌟⭐️🌟⭐️🌟

Had the worst experience Ive ever had a Dunkin’ Donuts here. I ordered food that came out burnt. As I ate the burnt food I realized I didn’t like it… so I brought it back and asked them kindly to please remake it or refund me. (Note: I’m not just someone who returns food, it was actually burnt ((more even than just what’s actually shown in the video)) but I did eat it anyways until I started tasting the charcoal burnt flavors.) The managers response to me was that because I had already eaten half the sandwich, even though I ate burnt food, was that they would not remake it or refund me. They got extremely angry with me, for saying something, all the while I stayed calm. I politely asked for a receipt (because I hadn’t gotten one when I first ordered no one gave me a receipt) they started threatening to call the cops on me if I didn’t leave immediately that minute! I politely told them I would gladly leave I politely said I just wanted a receipt. They denied giving me the receipt, and started to call the cops on me within 2 minutes even as I was completely calm. The manager even went so far as to hang out the side window and yell out my license plate number and state on the phone to the cops! I literally did nothing wrong only asked for something to be remade because it was black, and feel extremely harassed by this overwhelming over reaction. I’m at a loss for words here. I leave many reviews for restaurants and have left many 5 star reviews. This is easy the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been too. The atmosphere when inside felt very uncomfortable even before the managers outburst and extreme overreaction over something simple. The quality of the food is also sub par. I’m very concerned for the well being of this establishment and quality of food and service found there. I won’t be back, but I will be disputing that charge and I will be reaching out to corporate about the situation and high level of harassment you displayed towards a long time loyal customer.

Would be fine if the one lady making coffees didn’t yell at everybody in the store.

Very unpleasant staff working, all were very rude to each other and one even was discussing an issue with the boss that should have been discussed privately in the office. Not very friendly to the customers either which resulted in my partner and I deciding to leave and not buy anything. The whole atmosphere was stressful, overwhelming and bad. Do not go here!

i have been going there for 2 yrs EVERYDAY, only cause it on the way to work. EVERYONE who works there knows my order, and after 2 yrs still cant get it right. Nor can the new people READ the order!!! NEVER NEVER CONSISTENT!! But very friendly people!!!

The shop was very clean. My vanilla chai latte was delicious!

Go here almost every other day, they are all nice. However, they need more help. On the go orders, are swamping walk in customers. I talked to someone about South Burlingtons staffing issue at a different location/ different town and suggested the SB should be allowed to hire more people, they didn't believe that they need more help... Well they do... The SB location gets huge Uber orders in daily, like 20 coffee sometimes, which then backlogs the on the go single coffee orders. This puts in store customers last. Which creates a bunch of walk in customers getting antsy in the lobby that didn't know this would happen, as they confusidly watch patrons stroll in and pick up their coffee. You should probably raise your wage rate for your staff.

One of the only decent Dunkins around. Ive had nothing but problems with some of the other ones. The staff here are always friendly and quick (with minimal problems!) despite being short staffed. I think the other locations have a lot to learn from this one.

I am a regular at this Dunkin' donuts and for the past 2 weeks each time I've ordered something from doordash has been completely wrong. I never have a problem when I go in in person but they do not care about their doordash delivery orders.

Quick service. Friendly service. not many seat options especially for 4 people to have their coffee and donuts. We ended up in the car to have our donuts.

fast, clean and close to the airport. Located inside of an old house, this is not the kind of Dunkin' you would see in a big city but it was cute and the inside was the same as all the others. Free parking outside and close to the highways out of Burlington.

Ashley and Cheyenne on closing shift tonight were absolutely AMAZING! I LOVE them! Fist time at Williston store and I will go back just because they were do great!

Have I never had to pay for cup of water in VT and this place charge $0.50. I am delivery driver and they couldn't accomodate my simple request. Very sad!

Service was extremely fast which was wonderful and a complete shock as my numerous times at other locations the wait is horrible to just order then you wait even longer for 1 Iced Coffee! So A BIG SHOUT OUT TO ALL THE TEAM MEMBERS AT THIS LOCATION 🙌 GREAT JOB 👍

Didn't stay, walked in and there was 3 ahead of me complaining about their orders. Asked associate if it was going to be awhile and was immediately told yes! I didn't stick around.

Very helpful and kind staff!! Went in to buy a mug, but there were none at the kiosk. Staff noticed and took some time to bring some out from the back and were very friendly!

Sat in the parking lot placed my order from my phone and by the time I got into the store about 10 minutes later my coffee and food were ready to go even though the place was packed.
