The three staff members that were working today were incredibly patient with a particularly difficult customer who did not understand the limitations of the return period. They helped explain to her the policy, the option that she had (store credit), and the mechanics of their POS system that would not take the return outside of the return period. They were also very friendly and offered assistance to me multiple times. This store is very very lucky to have this quality of employees.

I find the staff friendly and well informed to give advice on choosing products and usage. The selection of products (hair color options, for example) is pretty good as well. I have found almost everything I need here...with the exception of one shade of color I was looking for (but they had my brand).

I love the Strawberry leopard temp hair dye line. It hardly bleeds after the first rinse. However this time I wanted to go very bright blue and I bought In Sky Blue semi permanent dye, I even found a matching nail polish. Loved the color but not as mess free on the pillowcase as strawberry leopard. The only thing I hate about going into the store is, I can't leave without spending at least $50.

The hours posted is not the hours they are actually open so it’s frustrating when you plan to run errands and it’s closed (when it isn’t supposed to be). There is no sign or anything just a locked door and the staff in there laughing. Someone needs to open another Sally’s. The staff has never been very polite here either.

called today and to see if this store had braiding hair and they did but i live an hour away so something happened ig where the store needed to close bc low staff so the person who answered when i called, called me back to let me know they were staying open for me and for an unorganized person who is almost never prepared, this yes made my whole BHM and day to say the least. Thank you for your kindness and someone get this kid a raise!!!!

Love Sally's but have never written a review bc I've never been super impressed with the customer service.... today I was beyond impressed with Gracie & Ryleigh! They also have a new feature that allows you to speak with a cosmetologist who can help guide you to the correct product! THANKS SO MUCH!😁

This place is always a joke. Dirty, rude staff and never open when they the website says they are open. Anyone want to open a new Sally’s somewhere???
