This is the worst medical center who works only for money and not for the service of providing the best health care. There doctors and staff are very unprofessional in providing their service. My Father had an emergency and stayed from 12noon till 6pm and his bill run up to 17,000 pesos just for xrays, dextrose, some meds and cleaning his wounds. They even ask for upfront deposit of 25,000 for my fathers case and they will not do the procedure unless it was paid. Also, after knowing that relatives are an OFW, they start quoting my father a procedure for the operation of removing just (1) single toe which got infected for a whooping amount of 200,000 to 300,000 pesos.(Wow, its not even a major operation to begin with.)They may be experts but their service is the worst. Dont tell me that all their facilities are the latest coz men i dont thinks so at all.A medical center that dont provide health service as its finest. They over charge their patients of every single thing. They even said they COVID test will cost us 12,000 and its mandatory. Very in-human and they never contributes to the wellness of the community instead they sucks hard earn money from people in times of need. I hope this medical center loose their license. Such a disgrace. Your money will not bring you to the top. My Rating...Not even 1 star, but I have no choice but to do it or else my review will not be posted. Karma will all come to you in 10 folds and more.

Not a good hospital to visit! My in law delivered via emergency C section as she was tested positive for covid. But after few days my sis in law develops excruciating pain, the doctors just ordering pain killers to her, without assesing her on what happened, her 0B never did rounds to assess her, till the 5th day of admission, she was in uncontrollable pain, then they just did ultrasound and found out she was having internal bleeding,Due to delayed management on her, we transferred her to other hospital. Now my niece is doing fine, and for discharge but they are holding her because of the pending bills of my sis in law which is about 600k for 7days, Mukha lang kayong pera! wala kaung pakealam sa pasyente nyo! Not advisable na pumunta sa hospital na to.!!! Don't waste your money here. It's not worth it!!!

I was admitted here in emergency due to UTI, blood infection, hyperacidity, and pneumonia- my bill is really tremendous but luckily they accept HMO and mine is Maxicare, also I have my philhealth which really helps a lot on my 7 days my total bill is 142k but I only paid 7k with the help of my health benefits. The overall care here is high quality, with all the nurses checking and the constant reaching of the doctor. Everything went smoothly. The food is good and the rooms are maintained to be clean everyday. I thank doc Simon and all the nurses and other attendeeswhot helped me improve my condition at that time. I Appreciate it all.

I gave 1 star because they don't allowed to admit my husband last Jan.4,2018 without paying the amout of P10,000 for downpayment. Which they break the rule by the law Republic Act No. 10932, otherwise known as the Anti-Hospital Deposit Law provides that β€œin emergency or serious cases, it shall be unlawful for any hospital or medical clinic to request, solicit, demand or accept any deposit or any other form of advance payment as prerequisite for administering basic emergency care, for confinement or medical treatment, or to refuse to administer medical treatment and support to any patient.” My sister-in-law asked if it is ok to down 3K for now and to follow the 7K, because I'm at work, but they don't accept it. So my husband (the patient-which is in critical condition due to low platelet) need to find a atm machine near San Roque church just to withdraw the said amount. I feel upset because I was the one who told to them to go here because I'm confident that you will assist them, But I'M WRONG. Then yung room A nila, exhause fan lang na humihigop ng lamig from other room, which is wrong din kasi malaking possibility na malipat yung virus from other room. Then kung minsan ino-off pa ng kabila yung AC kaya ang init. Dapat centralized na yung aircon. Then yung naglilinis ng room, walis lang. Hindi sila nag sasanitized ng room like ng ginagawa sa public hospitals. I just want to gave 5 stars for the nurses because they are approachable and friendly. Sayang naman ang mababait na nurses niyo kung sa reception niyo pa lang SABLAY NA.. :(

My daughter was just admitted here last Oct15, 2023 due to high fever. The thing is you need money because upon entering E.R, there were already 5k for initial bill and then so on. But since I dont want to put my daughter to public due to poor service, we decided to go on until we admit. and then the bill goes on...........

Worst hospital! Doctors and nurses are only after the money. 1 week palang 250K plus na agad wala namang operation. If I can only give -1 star, I already did.

Nurses and doctors are so unprofessional. and you might want to check your bill when leaving as they overcharge too much and even charge stuffs that was not used. better to get an itemized list of what you are paying. one nurse even took home my baby's admission stuff home not thinking that we will be looking for them. worst experience.

The assigned doctor last June 13, 2022 had rejected laser circumcision procedure of my son due to unexplained blood during injection of anesthesia. He FAILED TO EXPLAIN CLEARLY on what he saw from the blood and asked us for the medical condition and medicines intake of my son. Told him my son undergone balloon valvuloplasty @ 3months old with regular annual checkup from his cardiologist; alpha thalassemia detected when he was 2years old with regular checkups with his hematology (daily intake of folic acid); pneumonia, dengue, hepatosplenomegaly, and submandibular enlargement all medication and treatment done in 2019; and lastly he was taking Aripiprazole from April - July 2022 as prescribed by his Psychiatrist. The doctor told us to seek for MEDICAL prior procedure. Suddenly changes his mind and advised us to look for Surgeon or Urologist and let them do the procedure instead.

I am very disappointed!!! All the negative comments here of relative or family member are TRUE!!!! You're paying semi-private, yet, it's not worth the price it's like hell. there is no peace whether day time or night time. it's so noisy such as slamming doors, putting heavy stuff on the head area outside my room so i couldn't sleep even i tried. the buzzer hasn't been working 3x already. I don't have accompany person with me in the room due to my aunt got reject because she found spot in her chest whilst other relatives aren't available. In case of emergency and the buzzer is not working what should i do and I have fever and shivering i couldn't go outside to call nurse for assistance? Furthermore, in 7th floor, night shift nurses are shouting like they never care the time of patients want to rest or sleep. In line with, they provided meds and changed IV or antibiotic an hour or passed an hour.

Went to this hospital for an emergency but was asked to queue up - with more or less 10 people in the ER queue. Not recommended for emergencies, we wasted an hour waiting for nothing.

I am writing to express my utmost dissatisfaction with the treatment that my 2-year-old son received at your hospital. My son was admitted to your hospital on April 1 and was supposed to undergo a simple procedure with a dextrose drip. However, the service that we received was far from satisfactory, and it caused immense trauma to my child. During the course of his treatment, the staff carelessly allowed the dextrose to dry up. When we brought it to their attention, they attempted to fix it using a wrong process. This incompetence on their part caused my son unnecessary discomfort, distress, and physical pain. Additionally, the staff’s inability to carry out basic procedures created a hazardous situation that could have put my son's life in danger. Furthermore, it was alarming to see that the staff showed little regard for my son's well-being. Even after the mistake was pointed out, they made no attempts to rectify the situation or to offer an apology for their negligence. The trauma caused by the staff's actions has had long-lasting effects on my son. He now exhibits severe anxiety and has developed an intense fear of being touched by other people. This is in stark contrast to how he was before he was admitted to your hospital. On our first day, he was a happy and social child, but now he cries and becomes agitated whenever doctors or nurses approach him. I find it extremely distressing that a hospital, which is supposed to provide a high standard of care, could have been so negligent in their treatment of my son. As a parent, it is my duty to ensure my child's safety and well-being, and the hospital failed to meet this basic expectation.

In the surgery, I saw one of the nurses wearing a bracelet and watch under their gloves. Even though they were still wearing gloves, this is deemed as unsanitary and unprofessional within the health workplace due to the fact that that two accessories collect many bacteria. This is a hazard to the patients health! PLEASE EDUCATE YOUR STAFF ON CORRECT PPE, CORRECT HAND HYGIENE AND PROPER MAINTENANCE OF AN ASEPTIC FIELD. Simple mistakes such as this can lead to sepsis, can spread diseases, and viruses which ultimately may lead to death creating more burden for the patients. As doctors, nurses and whatever you may be in healthcare, please implement correct infection control.

Sharing our experience for our first time admitting here in ACE Hospital (September 13) 12PM we rushed to the ER due to convulsion of my 2 year old son, they assisted us quickly. It's just medyo matagal kami sa ER but eventually we got into our Semi-Private room, good thing they accepted HMO. Hygiene is good, everyday cleaning and changing the bedsheets. I appreciated nurses na isang tawag mo lang sumasagot agad sila and they are all friendly. Food is good and on time. Over all experience was great. Lahat ng nag asikaso samin specially our Pedia Doctor Delgado, sa mga staffs even though some are so-so. Kuddos sa Team 9th floor, from nurses to the persons assigned in cleaning the room.

I don't recommend this hospital, better go to St.Lukes since the price is almost the same. From the doctor down to staff, you can't see the sincerity of being a health care provider. Even you arrived 10 minutes before cut off period due to heavy rain they will no longer accept you.

Ecg and cardio for Pedia doctor only comes once or twice a month and when we were already scheduled and at the hospital, we were informed that doctor couldn't come and we were not notified beforehand. The system also sucks!

One doctor here wasted my time and did a short notice cancellation when I was already on the way. To think that their secretary reminded me to be early the day before. No sincere apology and effort to make it up.
