I used to have perfect vision which began deteriorating into my adult years as I did a lot of night time work and was negligent to my eyes. After a consistent prescription for 10 years, I decided to get laser eye surgery as glasses continued to give me headaches and contacts made my eyes dry and sore. The service at personalEYES has been incredible from the initial free consultation, through to the surgery day, through to post-op check-ups. Each professional I dealt with, from the receptionists to those doing various tests on my eyes, to Dr Bala himself, have all been a pleasure. I did all my test-related appointments at Parramatta and the surgery itself at the Sydney branch. The process of the surgery was only 10 minutes, very straightforward and completely painless. I felt like I was in capable hands as throughout various parts of my appointment, I was told again and again what the surgery and post-surgery process would be like, what to expect, and how to take care of my eyes post-surgery (sunglasses, various eye drops and tablets). My vision had cleared one day after surgery and eyes healed over the month after the surgery, without a hiccup. Thank you again personalEYES, I couldn't recommend it enough to anyone wishing to get eye surgery and clear their vision.

One of the best decisions of my life is getting LASIK done at Personaleyes! Tests and scans were done thoroughly, questions answered promptly and instructions given clearly. I was very nervous on the day of surgery, but Dr Bala and the staff has given me so much reassurance and support - thank you! It's been a little over 2 months since my surgery date and I'm so happy to be able to see without glasses :)

I did eye floater removal with Dr Andrew White for my left eye. During the procedure, I only heard around 3 laser shoots (usually it takes over 25 shoots) to remove the floaters. Now not only the existing floaters do not change whatsoever, I developed more floaters on the same eye. Worst medical practices experience I ever had. I understand there may be more than one treatment needed, but if the first treatment just makes things worse, then it's a red flag for the second treatment. I went to another clinic and I did the first session with them, and the next day, I could clearly see the floaters are 85% gone, with that I was happily do the second treatment with them. And now my floaters are 98% gone with another doctor

I was born with astigmatism on both of my eyes and started wearing glasses since year 1. Once I hit puberty, I then developed short-sightedness. In short, it got in the way and intervenes every aspect of my life and caused so much inconveniences and I thought I had to live with it for the rest of my life. PersonalEyes changed my life, it has now been a month after my surgery and my eyesight is better than ever. What I did not know is after the surgery, your brain does take some time to adjust to the 'new' size of your eyes so it takes a bit of time to actually get 'clear' vision. I've never had any issues with my vision but had to go see a specialist after I had an eye check up at my local optometrist. Upon arriving I was extremely nervous but those nerves were put to rest when I met 'Mei'. She performed some further eye tests before I met with the specialist and her calm and kind personality made me feel at ease. Dr Kalapesi was my specialist and I was so impressed by her knowledge and skill. Both of these wonderful women made me feel at ease and I'm so happy I was referred to this clinic. Thank you ladies.

Fitted me in at short notice to investigate some concerning symptoms. I was impressed with their professionalism & thoroughness. It was a bit of a wait, but that was to be expected. The Dr explained everything clearly .

One of the best life changing decisions I've made to have lasik surgery done with personalEYES. I have recently applied for a practice manager/ team leader position based in Parramatta. Was shortlisted for a 1st interview with Sabrina via zoom, and progressed to the 2ns with Debbie operations manager. On the individual interview she discriminatory asked / elicited my age, birthplace and ethnicity. I was happy to pretend she asked out of ignorance. I don't think this is a good place to work.

Age 62. Threw my 2 prescriptions in the bin, with new multifocal lenses in my eyes. Not as good as perfect young eyes, but so much better than 2 pairs of glasses.

I recently had premium lasik surgery at Personaleyes and I can't recommend them highly enough. The teams at both the Parramatta and Sydney clinics were exceptional. I had an amazing experience with personalEYES right from the beginning. From my initial consult at the Castle Hill clinic, to the surgery at the CBD clinic, and finally the post-op check at the Parramatta clinic.
