Lovely hotel, clean and spacious. Breakfast was one of the best we have had in a Taiwan hotel - lots of Western and Japanese inspired choices, as well as some local specialties. Rooms were spotless. We didn’t use the pool. It looked nice but the roof top gardens could use some weeding. Will come back.

Pretty good hotel near Tainan train station. Everything is wood themed, and the room was nice and clean. We liked the location, pretty short walk to almost anything, they had us choose 1 out of 3 time frames for breakfast upon checking in. We picked the latest and there was food left every time we went for breakfast, we liked the eggs Benedict the most! They also have underground parking, which is nice since the area is busy and there’s not a whole lot of parking spots around.

Quite a few places to eat around the hotel but more like cafes and pub grub. Hotel itself is lovely, huge, excellent service and overall very comfortable stay. Liked this hotel.

Room was spacious and clean with comfortable bed. Toilet was also big and clean. Location of the hotel was about 7min walk from Tainan TRA station. Need to walk about 10 to 20mins to attractions. Breakfast buffet comes with quite a few choices of food items. They staggered the timing to two sessions so that it is not too crowded. Hotel has a gym, swimming pool and laundry room. The only downside was that there was only two washer and dryers, and need to constantly go check whether it was not in use which could be quite cumbersome, unlike those hotels where you can monitor the utilisation from the TVs in your room. Overall, hotel was quite modern and new. Will consider again if I am back in Tainan.

Very clean room with modern fittings. Seats in the room are quite limited, but generally the room is decently spacious. Shower and toilet were separated, which allowed us to wash up efficiently. They do have 2 free washing machines and 2 dryers to use, but you have to pay NT20 for a laundry pod. The rooftop swimming pool has excellent views, but the gym was very small. Aside from the usual cardio machines, the only weights machine was an all in one machine. Carpark is a bit tricky, as it involves tight turns to reach the basement level, and reverse parking into a tight car lift parking system. There will usually be an attendant to help, so don't worry about that. Overall, one of the better hotels in this area with very clean rooms.

Definitely the best choice if you want to stay in central Tainan. My family and I loved it. The room we stayed in was spotlessly clean and spacious with very comfortable beds. Our kids loved the rooftop pool. The staff are very friendly and always greeted us kindly. Had no problems getting a parking space even though we were staying over a weekend. A little pricier than other hotels, but worth it for the peace of mind and convenience.

What a wonderful hotel. We were placed on the 7th floor and the room was modern and super clean (I loved this the most). Bonus point for toto toilet seat and heated water jet. Basic amenities were provided like shampoo, body wash, toothbrush, slippers and bottled water. They surprisingly had a free laundry room but they charge for detergent. I didn't get to use the rooftop pool but it's pretty family oriented with an additional kiddie pool and lifeguard but hours were only 2-9pm. They do provide swimming cap if you don't have one. The workout room was also pretty nice. We also had a breakfast buffet included and it was fantastic. So much fresh options, at least for the Asian food (Taiwanese and Japanese). I was really happy with the vegetable options. I also noticed they had takeout boxes if you don't have time to sit down to eat. For English speakers, besides the reception most staff have very limited if not any English. Highly recommend if you can. Edit: I do need to mention the sound insulation isn't perfect. I could hear our neighbors and the hallway people. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs.

Great hotel with fantastic services! We have a disabled traveller and the porter helped push the wheelchair when we leave and return to the hotel. All staffs are friendly and helpful. Even though there's no disable room available, the hotel kindly prepared shower chair to make our life easier. Thanks again for the great services. We will definitely come back when we visit Tainan next time.

I went there only for the banquet dinner, it's nice. The food is delicious, however, for the halal food hunter you should actively ask about your food ingredients.

Emailed the reservation team on 11/29 and got no reply until today. The staff Mario also addressed guest wrongly even the name is shown on email. My sis called the hotel to check on breakfast details and got different info from different staffs. The worst RSVN team I’ve ever experienced with.

A perfect place to stay during your visit in Tainan! The Hotel is modern, very clean and the stuff is outstanding friendly and helpful. The rooms are big, clean and modern. The Kingsize Bed is very comfortable, and the soundproof is very good. The breakfast restaurant can be crowdy during peak hours at the weekend, but that's quite normal in Taiwan, the food is extremely good for a 4 star rating. The Hotel is a 5 Minutes walk from the main station away and you can find many restaurants in walking distance. Also big malls like Shinkon Mitsukoshi are just a 10 minutes walk away. We will definitely stay here again

Newer hotel near the city center. Good room layout/design and clean. High quality breakfast. Cute pool area. ALL staff goes out of their way to be helpful, really well managed. Very nice stays here.
