主廚湯品(香草雞肉南瓜濃湯):擺盤好會先放在你餐桌前面讓你觀賞食物,過幾分鐘會再來倒南瓜濃湯進去,食材最上層是一塊酸奶,服務人員解說會有比較特殊的口感,但其實南瓜湯的南瓜很濃郁,不會有甚麼酸奶的感覺!
嚴選沙拉(香橙嫩煎油封鴨沙拉):生菜加上一塊炙燒鴨肉,本人不愛生菜,鴨肉部分是軟嫩好吃的!
檸檬sorbet:就是一般的檸檬冰沙,不會很酸

海鮮):海鮮部分是煎鮭魚(外皮很蘇,裡面魚肉軟嫩),很好吃!!
(白蘭地鴨胸):本以為因為加了白蘭地酒味會很重,但是實際吃起來沒甚麼酒的味道,但是鴨肉吃起來口齒留香,好吃!!
(嫩煎松露菲力):服務人員建議五分熟的吃法,但因為不想見血,有特別交代廚師注意,一開始會先切幾塊試吃熟度是否符合客人需求,確定可以接受其他肉才會在一併端上,這點倒是滿貼心的~吃起來很軟嫩,原味就能吃到牛肉的香氣!
(香蒜牛小排服務人員建議五分熟~七分熟,但因為不想見血選七分熟,個人覺得比松露菲力還要有味道,如果喜歡吃牛的建議選這道主餐!
櫻花蝦炒飯:可以續碗的炒飯,小小顆粒的鮭魚卵和櫻花蝦佈滿整晚炒飯,覺得滿好吃的,只是吃完有點口乾舌燥!
精緻甜點
(法式栗子千層):個人覺得不好吃,不建議點這道甜食...,不過設計是滿有質感的,千層外面有奶霜和焦糖製作的圖案,非常美!
(楓糖摩卡奶酪):楓糖餅乾和摩卡咖啡凍下面是奶酪,餅乾是滿有香氣的,算好吃的一道甜點!
