So far the best Japanese I've had outside Japan and ever been to Japan myself (unfortunately not yet!)! Lively place with Japanese and locals mixed. I suggest you go for a drafted Asahi and some BBQ. For starters I had Nado with raw tuna, which was fantastic! By far the best dish was the Japanese fried Tofu followed by the Japanese style fried Chicken and Miso beef skewer. Extremely friendly staff! What an amazing evening I had! I kept ordering and ordering 😅👍

This restaurant serves outstanding, well presented Japanese style food. We didn't try the sushi or sashimi (only Urchin sushi); they also have a variety of well prepared warm and cold dishes; we especially enjoyed the tuna/natto combination (tip: natto is a smelly food that will not suit every taste). For this, I give 6 stars, where did that 1 extra star go away? The inner yard should be off limit to chewing betel nut and smoking, and frankly, seeing what looked like staff (they didn't wait on us) chewing and looking dazed was off-putting. We had to get re-seated twice to avoid this problem, which is surprising considering the high standard of food and presentation.

The taste of the food is amazing. Fresh fish, sashimi, tasty sushi and fried fish and chicken. Reasonable price too. Service a little slow during busy hrs but expected. Thumbs up. You must try here.

For the last order I waited 40 (FOURTY!) minutes! They told me it because the grilled oyster I ordered was still FROZEN! THEY SERVE FROZEN (and then defrosted) FOOD TO CUSTOMERS! I can't believe it's legal! Also one grilled oyster was 190. Don't go to this place! Literally a scam!

Japanese style IZAKAYA friendly service reasonable priced fish was fresh casual atmosphere

We stopped by for dinner. Lots of seats even when the place is busy. We ordered sashimi, sea urchin, steam egg, agedashi towfoo, fried rice, Clam soup, grilled pork with teriyaki sauce. Everything was good.

Awesome selection of Chinese and Japanese dishes. Big menu! Good sushi and sashimi choices, but I don't recommend the cheese/pork pictures below. Draft beer, outdoor seating, indoor courtyard (small) seating, and retro Japanese style section.
