A fully vegan Japanese style Ramen restaurant, The place is very small with only place for 6 people at a time. inside the Chef cooks in the middle while surrounded him there's a bar table with sits. their menu have big variety of vegan Ramen and for an appetizer they have tofu salad. I took their truffle ramen which were good and the tofu salad which is quite simple dish of tofu stoked in soy sauce. since the place is quite new & very small there's a big line outside so if you arrive you'll need to be prepare to wait.

Excellent vegan soup noodle place! Filling, fresh, and delicious. Definitely a bit more expensive than your average bowl of noodles (at least 200 a bowl), but worth every penny! Do be prepared to wait for a table—the place is tiny and seating fills up quickly.

No need to wait at all this noon. The owner explained to us in detail about every kinds of ramen, makes everything easier. She prepared the food very fast but very careful, she is very professional. Ramen is delicious and totally vegan, worth a visit!

Best food I have had in Tainan. 很好吃! This is a great, albeit tiny restaurant. There is a queue, since only 6-8 adults can fit at the same time. It's worth it though, the ramen is delicious, and the ambiance is nice. 谢谢!

Probably the best creative vegan dish I've had. Absolutely blew me away in terms of taste. The store is small and cozy, there is typically a wait but it wasn't too long for us.

Excellent. We ordered the “hell charsiu” and “yuzu pepper” ramen with some side dishes. All were excellent. The broth of the “hell charsiu” was rich and creamy with a lovely warmth from their homemade chili oil. Paired with their homemade vegan charsiu, it was excellent. The yuzu pepper ramen was bright, citrusy, and savory, served with a generous portion of king oyster mushrooms. Absolutely delicious and definitely worth the wait.

If you want to have ramen in a shop which could be found in Japan exactly like that you're absolutely right here. loved the overall styling and feeling in the shop. They gave it a 80s styling and have 80s music running as well. If you're going there work small kids keep in mind that it's narrow and there are no kids chairs available! The food is really tasty and freshly done. overall one of the nicest ramen shops I've been in Taiwan, highly recommend it!

Looking at the reviews on HappyCow, I can see someone else saying that if you know the place you know to order tofu with your ramen. I do not speak Chinese, there is no menu, so there was no way of my knowing that. So my comment remains that was no protein. There is also no menu. Once you sit down at the 6 person bar, the owner tells you there is miso, soy or soy milk ramen and you can pick between sesame or truffle sauce. You don't know what else is in it or how much it costs. I don't like operating blindly like this, and with two bowls of ramen with no sides or drinks coming to $430NTD I consider it both opaque in pricing and expensive. The taste is nice, it is delicious, and I liked that the noodles were cooked firmly. But I like knowing what I'm getting to and knowing what options I have for extras.

So good. Creamy. Vegan. Note you might need to wait for 20 minutes as inside only 6 seats. But worth the wait.

Super quaint Japanese style ramen stall, with only 6 spots to sit. However, I would recommend being patient and waiting to sit, because the food is absolutely amazing. Everything is vegan and delicious. Would recommend to vegans visiting Tainan.

Best vegetarian ramen I have in Tainan 👍👍👍. The noodles is very delicious and also I really like the vibes in this restaurant. The places is small, you need to wait if you come with a large group because they don't have many tables but seriously it's worth it even you need to waiting 🤤😂

The ramen soup was great, a little bit spicy. The 廣東煮 was really tasty, spicier than the ramen soup. Definitely worth trying. There was a little line up when we arrived but we quickly got a spot inside.

Vegan Ramen, but you wouldn't know it. Rich tasty broth and great noodles. There's about 5 choices of broth, including soya, spicy, and char sui (mock). We paid around 480 TWD for 2 ramen and some oden ("fish" balls), and they also gave us some free cake - also vegan. Arrive early as there's only about 8 seats and there's always a queue. We had to wait about 30 mins for 2 seats. Worth it though.

First off, I'm not sure where the reviewer has had vegan Japanese-style ramen in Taipei for NT$120: I've only tried standard Japanese-style ramen in Taipei for NT$250! I think NT$190 is quite reasonable even here in Southern Taiwan. Plus, the chashu ramen broth (a combination of soy milk and miso) was absolutely fantastic, and the vegan chashu slices are made from lion's mane mushroom (albiet they aren't made in-house). The ramen noodles tasted authentic (curly and chewy) and really hit the spot on a cool winter evening. My dad arrived at 17:25 on a Friday to be at the start of the line for dinner service at 18:00. Around 17:30 was when more people started to arrive after him. Only seven bar seats are available with a narrow aisle behind them, but since the first eight diners came in pairs, one of them stood near the door with his dining companion and enjoyed his bowl of noodles that way. We also used tongs to grab a couple of oden items (average price: NT$35 each) displayed in bowls on the bar, which are cooked in a spicy broth and served to you separately from your noodles. The smoked yuba rolls were my favorite. We were out within 30 minutes to allow other diners to enjoy the ramen. Ramen flavors vary depending on the day, and the staff will list the available options after you sit down. The ones available when we went were chashu ramen, soy sauce, yuzu pepper, and tomato miso (seasonal special, slightly more expensive option). You can also add vegan cheese for NT$30. The interior decor will remind you of Japan in the 1980s, including the playlist. Pro tip: in case you don't want to wait for a seat, we also found out that they do offer take-out if you BYO dishware.

The food is in very high quality and the soup base is just amazing! A true paradise for vegan! I will definitely return to this noodle shop if I by any chance will visit Tainan again.

👍👍 Excellent ambience and service! Meat is of good quality. Plating is elegant. Particularly recommend the hot stone garlic rice with prawn, it’s mind blowing good. Place is great for celebrations and gathering. :) oh yes, their grill doesn’t leave the hair and clothes stinking. It’s a plus plus point!

👍👍 Local fast-food restaurant. Will visit here every time I come to Tainan(cuz there wasn't Dan Dan in Taipei). Fried chicken burger and congee with preserved eggs and meat were highly recommended! All the dishes are cheap.
