進房整體感受還不錯，房間大致整潔，沒有異味，但可以感受到較有使用的歲月痕跡。
但小處仍有需改善，地毯上有之前房客留下來的鹹酥雞⋯⋯
浴廁硬體方面，水壓足夠，但花灑已明顯故障，水從縫隙噴出，噴嘴完全阻塞。
床鋪整潔度OK，但彈簧床結構已經不良，尤其床尾彈簧已無定位，枕頭支撐性一般。
電視原先可能採購的設計已與現在使用的不相符，新購入電視時沒有考慮到保護的玻璃吃掉了畫面，看起來非常痛苦，類比畫質就算了，四邊的畫面與字幕被吃掉真的無法觀看⋯
