第一次來看診 前面也跑了很多家，是聽別人介紹才來貴院看診，以為會更加細心專業 結果看診時一直跟我強調骨頭沒事只是小事而已，期間要求拍X光片 得到的卻是很無奈的回應「你要拍也是可以啦 但是你的骨頭就是真的沒事」診斷期間讓我感覺非常潦草！ 甚至還有點懷疑其他間診所專業的情形，你們沒有提出來的問題我提出來講 難道不應該要更仔細的進一步做檢查嗎？ 後來不放心再去大醫院檢查 發現已經嚴重到需要開刀，請問貴院劉梅鈴醫師是真的有仔細看診嗎？還是覺得病患表面看起來很正常沒什麼大礙就可以草草了事？可以拿出您們的專業認真的診療每一位病患嗎？第一次去也是最後一次！有點醫德可以嗎？

韌帶重建後的復健在復健科進行，做了兩個循環🔄後本來想改回小港就近復健就好，回小港看診復健的結果是在復健的強度上反而降低，而且沒有徒手治療，本來想在外面物理治療所治療，遇到一個不錯的物理治療師聽完我說明在《中正骨科》復健所做的內容，與現況的了解後，就要我再回來繼續復健就好，因為他說在這裡的內容是有照標準的來執行，如果沒有特殊狀況，按照標準是最好的。 於是我再回來繼續找復健科林純如主任治療，這裡的物理治療師也都很親切，又專業，主任有幫我開了一些自費徒手來幫助恢復，感謝🙏中正骨科團隊的協助。

媽媽開刀每星期需要回診，在家等到掛號號碼快到了才來醫院，還沒過號，到了以後又要等大約1個小時，問護理師你們號碼是如何排的，她回答我說是按照號碼順序，如果是按照順序那在我後面的號碼已經看完了，為何我媽媽都還沒看到，實在是很不了解
