Good place

Staff is friendly and the place is functioning. It's more clean compared to the standard of cleanliness. Many design failings and problems from the standpoint of the interior swimming and spa facility architecture, but for the authoritative prices of public works, it's pretty good compared to other works with the same process that saves on the budget when it comes to planning and design. The swimming hall is too loud for my friends and they don't come here, some noice reduction could be installed. The changing facilities has line of vision between the men and women making some people uncomfortable 🥵. It's a good example for design students to learn from the mistakes of the construction design and planning. It is wonderful to have this facility despite these problems, and hopefully the problems can be solved in the next renovation.

The female changing room always smelled funky. Apart from that, they once asked me to get out and buy another entrance in the middle of their cleaning and I was soaking wet. Good thing I asked the cashier before entering and they clearly said I don’t need to go out or didn’t even mention I need to buy another entrance. Of course, I fought my rights which everyone saw and one guy asked him further questions too. Later on, he decided to give me a pass because the cashier wasn’t well informed. I’ve been swimming in Xinzhuang New Taipei City for multiple times and had no problem entering and continue swimming after their cleaning time. I actually didn’t get the point of paying double because of their cleaning time and I even paid full adult price.
