Worst restaurant in the town. They made us sit for more than an hour after ordering the food and didn't inform about the delay before ordering the food. They gave us a open balcony table and when we requested that we want to move inside as there were many mosquitoes they didn't let us in though there were many empty table inside as according to their policy once you choose a table you can't change.

One of the best Taiwanese afternoon tea restaurants in Hualien City. Price: TWD 200-250 per person. Depending on what tea you order. Location: close to downtown Hualien. There is a toll parking behind this restaurant. TWD 20 per hour. Food: Noodles and small dishes are all tasty. I personally love their pig-blood cake and Tempura. In addition, Taiwanese tea is also a must have! If you are a foreigner, here you can enjoy traditional Taiwanese teatime with nicely heritage decor and good food. Most importantly, the quality of Taiwanese tea here is above average because they are from high altitude mountain areas. Highly recommended!

A clean and well-organized place for friend gatherings with decent food.

This restaurant was great. The menu has a large selection of different dishes, the service was fast and friendly, and the food tasted absolutely delicious. The only thing I would say though is it's medium high in terms of price for a Taiwanese restaurant. In terms of American prices, the price of my meal was a steal! :-)

Great selection of food and drinks, long opening hours. The spicy tea tofu and black sesame sweets was among the best food I had in Hualian.

Please get rid of the mosquitos under the seats... I walked out with many bites....too many insects..... serve food at the same time ... someone is eating food while others wait for 10 minutes for theirs.. otherwise .... a very nice place
