The best café in Tainan! I went here to try out wearing one of their qipaos, and ended up staying there for several hours, chatting with the lovely owner Jessica and trying their phenomenal leicha. The staff are all so kind, and the surroundings so beautiful and elegant. Seriously, if you are in Tainan, you have to go here 😍

窄門特調冰咖啡 (Iced Narrow Door Coffee) was soooo gooood🤩🤩 as you can even see from its presentation😍😍. Three layers of Brewed coffee, milk and iced cream and then on the top a really delicious cookie (one of my favorites)☺☺. The coffee was really amazing, you can differentiate the tastes while sipping it up😜😜.

A very unique cafe situated in a very narrow alley. It used to be an old building. The decor is beautiful and drinks are great. Pricy but definitely worth visiting.

Overall drinks 10/10, service 11/10. It was lovely meeting Jessica the owner of this quaint antique cafe with such a uniquely traditional entrance. The design of the place was beautiful, filled with picturesque interior and exterior. The drink I ordered was LeiCha which is a traditional Chinese method of drinking tea. It was absolutely delicious and the whole experience was just wonderful. The owner is very friendly and welcomes all. She speaks great English and is very hospitable. If you're looking for a instagrammable cafe with good drinks and service, I would highly recommend Narrow Door Cafe!

While the entrance to the cafe may seem at first like a gimmick but does open up into a lovely space. The historical appeal of the architecture really puts this particular cafe on the map. With a variety of desserts to choose from, you will find a good pairing for whichever of the many drinks that you may choose. There is a purchase minimum per person and unfortunately you cannot enter ahead of your party to use the bathroom without being asked to 1st place your order. The owner is very friendly and welcoming.

Very charming, pretty and restful cafe / Teahouse hidden down a tiny space between two buildings. Delicious coffee and cheesecake. Very warm welcome. Worth seeking out!
