握咖啡台南赤坎店～鬧中取靜的好所在 由台灣第一個獲得世界烘豆冠軍的師傅所開設的咖啡店，目前在全台已經有好幾家分店了，客人要選取自己的咖啡前，店員會先讓客人聞咖啡豆的香氣，再決定是否要換不同的咖啡。 台南的特色咖啡店都選在巷子裡，其實也不是只有咖啡店而已，很多知名的餐廳都是如此，正所謂《酒香不怕巷子深》，但是這些地方車子都不太好停，但握咖啡因為距離大馬路一點點距離，所以算好停的。 店內的環境非常的優雅，一樓的座位區是有椅子可坐，2楼則是塌塌米，氛圍各有不同的意境，團體客大概都會選擇坐在二樓。 我不是好鼻師，所以無法說出握咖啡的咖啡到底有多好，但其實喝咖啡的環境反而大於咖啡本身，因為我們這一群人真正懂咖啡的只有一個，但是大家非常喜歡這種喝咖啡的氛圍，只知道咖啡很香。 當天生意很好，所以店員無法跟我們解說不同咖啡的味道，這是比較可惜的ㄧ點，畢竟握咖啡的單價屬於中上，價格應該是包含解說咖啡這一塊。

這個品牌是由咖啡烘焙冠軍經營的，可以先試聞咖啡豆，再選擇想嘗試的豆子請服務人員萃取，分為亞洲、非洲、南美洲⋯等，是以咖啡為主的咖啡館，我們沒有事先做功課，對咖啡也沒有特別的研究😂 選擇喝普通的特調拿鐵，口感很順口，香氣濃郁，鹹派食材新鮮，二樓的座位是日式的榻榻米設計，需要脫鞋子，座位間隔空間不大，我們到的時候沒有其他客人，如果人數多的話，說話聲可能會彼此影響。 因為沒有太多客人，所以也沒有限制用餐時間，能跟朋友好好的聊聊天，啜飲一杯咖啡、享受著好友、好咖啡、好心情的美好時光。

Not cheap but very high quality. One for the coffee lovers. Staff are super sweet and friendly. They speak excellent English. Has inside and outside seating; both are very calm and pleasant. A little oasis in the city :)
