I couldn’t possibly feel any more satisfied about my experience learning about sausage today. I thought that I was already a connoisseur of sausages, but today I learned so much more and feel the better for it. Thanks Sausage Museum!! @Hilly Yeung, you have a fantastic name, but when It comes to serious matters like Sausage, you need to check yourself. Who needs anything more than cute little greasy red Taiwanese sausage? Where else can you roll the dice to win a delicious savory snack? Of course my biggest concern is that you’ve been trash-talking your boyfriend’s Little Bird. That could cause irreparable waves for you two. I’m praying for the best outcome. As for me, my life feels even more complete after a wonderful afternoon at the Sausage Museum. Cheers!

It’s a little out of the way to get here, and nothing else to see except this place. It’s a small museum next to the sausage factory. Some good information about sausages around the world, but really not worth the trouble to get here. You can finish the museum tour in less than 15-20 mins.

I brought my children's here aged 17 and 18 last year. The woman that was at the front desk asked if they wanted to try out some of the new special sausages. They tried them out and to my surprise, it was amazing. Will come here again if I have the opurtitnity. 10/10 recommend.

Not a bad place to visit. The museum is part of sausage production facility. Sort of like Oregon Tillamook cheese factory, but on a much smaller scale. Good sausage! Visit only, if you ran out of ideas for your next trip or are a sausage aficionado. Nothing else nearby, It took us 30min to view the exhibit and another 45min to eat.

One of my favorite food themed museums! There's a bus - Blue route - that takes you here from the city center but the intervals are about an hour so just grab a taxi to the museum. The replica sausages are really cute and there's a cafe selling ready to eat and bring home food on the ground floor. Each floor of the museum exhibits a different aspect of the brand and of sausages. It was really fun to learn about food and see the connection between sausages and spices around the world. Ps. There's wifi at the museum

For a small place, they had some interesting displays: history of sausages, international sausages, sausages through the decades, and an ACed theatre playing their company video on loop. Best of all, there was a food place on the first floor! Get the Sausage Taiyaki, soooo good. We also got a bun which was also so good! Their sausages taste really good! A little salty smoky and sweet. The souvenir shop was cute, they had some random food themed soaps but mind you everything was a little pricy. We spent about 45min to an hour here. No admission fee.

The Taiwan Black Bridge sausage museum - I love it!!! The Taiwan - German friendship unites in our sausages. Almost half of the museum is dedicated to the mutual history of Taiwan and Germany in our sausages. A countrie's individual fingerprint is its sausages. I love this museum!

Good depiction of history but it was a short and free tour. I'd say that the highlight was the gift shop, as they sell a large variety of sausages and food stuffs.

This destination was a surprise. I really enjoyed this little museum. It felt a little far away from other things, but still worth the trip if you have the time. The actual museum was somewhat short, but covers quite a bit of Taiwan's history - not just sausage related matters. The little cases showing bits of life are well done. I do wish there was more to do with the actual sausage that wasn't presented in videos on little TV's. I was very impressed with the shop on the ground floor. Most things were not translated to english so I was unable to decipher much, and google translate is hit or miss with these pre-packaged foods but it was a HUGE selection. There was also a small spot where you can order some sausages. I wish I could get Black Bridge in the US.

Great history and background info in the making of taiwan sausage that we enjoyed today. However I would have hoped for it to be bigger. It has 3 floors with each floor the size of only 1 basketball court. Overall still glad to get to know of this place

My family and I enjoyed this place as we got to learn many knowledge about sausages and now they have Halloween themed photobooth and prizes to be won when you join the activities. The sausages that is on the stick taste amazing. The admission to the museum is free.
