「台江遊客中心」到底在搞什麼?
一直被大家公認全台最美的遊客中心是日月潭的「向山遊客中心」;而我私心認為可以跟「向山遊客中心」PK的,那非台南四草的「台江國家公園遊客中心」莫屬了!
平靜的湖面,一座座不規則的白色高腳小屋漂浮在水面上,倒映著粼粼波光,簡直美爆了~
白牆不規則的幾何圖形建築,前衛大膽,襯著橫格紋輻射而出的地磚,讓人每一個角度都是美拍~
這棟建築可是大有來歷,不僅是南部行政機關第一座鑽石級的綠建築;更入圍了有「建築界奧斯卡」之稱的世界建築獎評選,已是鵲名國外~
但我卻對這座「美得夢幻冒泡」的遊客中心有諸多的質疑:
花了兩億六千萬蓋了一座「世界級的建築」,本該是件可喜可賀的台灣之光;但這座遊客中心不僅地處偏僻,讓人難覓(先要彎進小路,到了後,從外圍也眺望不到裡面的美);地標也不清不楚,沒有明顯標示與指引;要不是這世上有一種東西叫「衛星導航」,我還真的找不著這地方,果然藏得好~
再加上沒什麼宣傳廣告,大小外宣的,純粹是十六歲的女兒--「養在深閨人不知」;要不是這世上有一種東西叫「網路」,我還真的是「孤陋寡聞」從頭到尾不知有這地方,果然藏得深~
花了這麼多的民脂民膏蓋了這座五星級有世界景觀的「遊客中心」不就是要讓遊客來使用的嗎?
建「遊客中心」的主要目的是拿來「教育遊客,使他們清楚認知當地自然、人文景觀知識,養成保護愛惜自然的觀念;在食宿廁所醫療上提供遊客方便與支援,並可連結當地農產品,地方城鎮節慶旅遊的行銷……」
故「遊客中心」可說是整個國家公園的「大腦跟心臟」,負有教育保育、旅遊知識、食宿廁所、地方城鎮、農產品行銷等重責大任,地位至為重要!本來就該大加宣傳,大做地標告示,引導遊客前來使用才是!
但現在可好了,這「遊客中心」地處偏僻又低調不宣傳,一副怕別人知道的樣子,使得遊客在遊完「台江綠色隧道」後,便驅車往安平揚長而去,過其門而不知入,錯過了這個「台江最美的建築景觀」,你說可不可惜?
那誰來了這兒了呢?
我一個下午逛下來,大部分是年輕人跑來這兒,拿著長長自拍棒、腳架,在這兒擠眉弄眼,露腿嫵媚的美拍打卡……
有時候我真的不懂:
民脂民膏真的有花在刀口上嗎?
蓋「遊客中心」的主要用途是專門拿來美拍的嗎?
「遊客中心宣傳」與「馬路標示指引」好好做很困難嗎?
