A lot of details are not very accurate. Their offer to have 20% discount on high speed rail is misleading. Actually, you can get it through the web with early bird booking. Room Towels are very old, ask for replacement, they house keeping says that they do not have better towels. Ask for late check out at 2 pm on Saturday, the front office very rigid, straight away say no without making any attempt, until I told them that I will post it on their web. Hope that the staff can improve on their response and guest request.

Nice hotel at a convenient location. Close by lots of restaurants and local eateries. The rooms we stayed at are very clean and the staff is very friendly at front desk. Breakfast buffet has many Chinese/Western style options, including made to order Tainan style beef soup as well! Highly recomended.

Stayed with a group of 13 people. Rooms are very clean, modern, and well maintained. Breakfast has a very large selection and excellent service.

One of the better hotels in Taiwan. They apparently have a standard across all of their hotels, which is decent. I would stay here again.

We stayed in a family room for four because the price was middle range, but certainly value for money for the service we received! all staffs were awe fully friendly. Wifi in our room was not working properly and they changed us to a bigger room with charges. Breakfast was acceptable (simply because the local traditional food is heavenly!) Hotel is located close to lots of dinner options. About 5 mins walk down south, there's a seafood open "restaurant", where customers dine at the pavement (the crowd was amazing on a typical Tue night when we were there!you won't miss it!) the food was divine! All in all, it was a good choice!

Great hotel and was our 2nd stay as well, comfort beds tidy rooms, breakfast many selections but pity they don't have fried eggs.

Highly recommend. Regarding to the price we paid and the quality, this is so far the best hotel we stayed in Taiwan during this trip. Clean rooms, friendly front desk, accommodating lobby to host my friends while staying. Even the window sills are clean.

Located close to Tainan's temples and shopping districts, this is a very nice hotel with a quality breakfast buffet and a helpful concierge service at the front desk.

We’ve been enjoying our stay at this hotel so far, there was a tiny inconvenience while re-renting the room the other day but they fixed it right away, and we were very impressed by that. Also, it’s really nice that they serve breakfast until 2 pm since most places serve only until 11 the latest.

Great location, clean modern rooms, very good value. Had an issue with check-in but staff corrected it right away. As night owls we like that breakfast is served until 2pm. Will stay here again.

4 stars hotel at 3 star price. Highly recommended. Breakfast are great too ! The breakfast last until 2 pm and perfect from late brunch.
