The beef soup is good. There was something being prepared that was not the most pleasant smelling and it wasn't stinky tofu. Be sure to bring your own drink if you like to drink with your meal. Amazes me that restaurants don't offer drinks.

Now I know why this restaurant is very famous. Truly, they offer delicious beef meals! ❤ I ate here on a Saturday afternoon to avoid waiting for a table as this restaurant is one of the most popular eateries in Tainan. When I entered, I immediately smelled the stinky tofu but it went away after a few minutes. Maybe my nose got accustomed to the smell. 😂 The staff at the counter was very nice. I ordered the beef soup, minced beef rice, beef burrito, and wintermelon tea. I loved the beef burrito. The bread was very tasty. I think it absorbed the juice of the beef very well. The beef soup and minced beef rice tasted very nice together as the minced beef had a very sweet and salty taste which was balanced by the light taste of the soup. The wintermelon drink was so-so. Good enough to cleanse my palate. They also have free side dishes. I really liked the salty cabbage with nutty taste. Overall, I think this is a good restaurant to taste Taiwanese food.

Local beef noodles and cuisine in Tainan, it is near NCKU so I usually go here to eat Taiwan traditional food. There are different foods related to beef that we should try because it has good taste for you to remember. Advantage: good location - near TS mall & open 24 hours, can refill the soup Disadvantage: price is quite high for students to eat frequently.

I'm eating very local food since few days. I really like their beef soup. The price is 100nt for the small one and 150nt for the big one. The small one is already very satisfying. The envirorment is clean and the staff is friendly. Service is also very fast. They run the restourant since more than 30 years and this is a very serious business. Congratulations!

I have seen locals waiting for a table so I thought I would stop and grab a bite to eat. I ordered the beef noodle soup. The beef was nice and tender. The soup is a little spicy. I think it was good but there is a place about half a mile away called Wan Ke Kou which is a little more hearty for the same price of $120.

One of the best breakfast mean in Tainan. The beef soup is fantastic. the beef ru rou fan and the fried beef with onion and spring onion are also very good.

Soup was totally bland. Beef was tender but bland as well. Expensive for what it is. Tainan has a million amazing food options, I just don’t get the hype for this one.

牛肉湯 is good. The big portion has a decent amount of meat👌🏻. The garlic beef serving i think is too little and the flavor is not as good as I expect, but the garlic chops tasted good. The soup is a little sweet to my preference. Overall, good.

24 hour beef soup and noodle shop on a busy corner. Very convenient time and place, be ready to spend a little more for your beef fix here but not bad at all. The Taiwan style of beef soup etc. is tasty.

The beef soup with the clear broth is SO GOOD. The flavor is almost like pho broth. The meat is quite fatty, but the beef falls apart in your mouth. Love it.

Plenty of flavorful options. Once you add some of the sauce ginger and onions it adds so much more flavor. If you get something like the boiled beef tongue with ginger you will need the sauce to make it pop. Any of the dishes with green onions and vegetables were very good.

Open concept kitchen restaurant at a street corner that offers their classic beef soup. The braised beef rice and salted egg cabbage is a must get! If you're out late in the morning and drank too much, this place is perfecto cure your hangover. Opens 24/7!
