但在餐點及服務不甚理想，首先餐點部分除了壽司之外其他滿好吃的，但份量真的少的有點誇張...例如一道3種海鮮的拼盤，每種大小約5公分大然後一人一種只有一顆，一道菜只吃3顆我感到美味外還有種空虛；其他餐點也大概是這種感覺。而壽司的部分真的完全不行，飯黏膩乾扁、太過扎實完全蓋過主體，壽司郎的飯都比較好吃，且份量也是少，這個吃起來只有空虛而已。
再來服務的部分因為年節人很多導致整個非常不專業，可以感受到平時服務生不是這樣子，可能要多加強繁忙時的訓練，以下發生的事：
1.門口擠爆很多人沒有實名制就進入
2.訂位時特別確認請保留一張兒童椅，到現場服務生一句說：今天人太多沒有兒童椅了，但後來又說有，本來要到車上拿隨身餐椅的我一直來回跑，阿到底是有沒有？(最後是有兒童椅，但若事先電話已預留，應該準備桌位的時候就可以先擺吧?)
3.茶沒了請服務生補，補來的是沒味道的茶，請原服務生來詢問一下是白開水還是茶，該服務生居然連看茶的狀態都沒有就回說：抱歉，我太趕了裝到還沒泡好的茶(我們整桌問號)，後來又拿原本的茶壺回來說：抱歉，今天客人太多茶來不及。

4.超級頻繁的收桌跟換小盤，餐點分量就很少了想說邊聊天慢慢吃，每道菜還剩一些服務生就來要收，當晚常聽到「這些要不要夾一夾我幫你們收?」、「這個你們還要嗎?」、「不然我幫你們用這個小盤裝好嗎?」，而且已經回應說先不要收，大概過3分鐘就又來問一次，阿奇怪桌子就很大還有空間到底這麼趕幹嘛，桌上沒有同時存在3道菜過。
以上小瑕疵是此次體驗較嚴重的，不過真的就是因為客人太多的關係，期間服務生的態度都非常好、不會因為忙就忽略客人的要求。希望餐廳能夠多一些繁忙時期的準備或訓練，提供更好的品質。
