但在餐點及服務不甚理想,首先餐點部分除了壽司之外其他滿好吃的,但份量真的少的有點誇張...例如一道3種海鮮的拼盤,每種大小約5公分大然後一人一種只有一顆,一道菜只吃3顆我感到美味外還有種空虛;其他餐點也大概是這種感覺。而壽司的部分真的完全不行,飯黏膩乾扁、太過扎實完全蓋過主體,壽司郎的飯都比較好吃,且份量也是少,這個吃起來只有空虛而已。
再來服務的部分因為年節人很多導致整個非常不專業,可以感受到平時服務生不是這樣子,可能要多加強繁忙時的訓練,以下發生的事:
1.門口擠爆很多人沒有實名制就進入
2.訂位時特別確認請保留一張兒童椅,到現場服務生一句說:今天人太多沒有兒童椅了,但後來又說有,本來要到車上拿隨身餐椅的我一直來回跑,阿到底是有沒有?(最後是有兒童椅,但若事先電話已預留,應該準備桌位的時候就可以先擺吧?)
3.茶沒了請服務生補,補來的是沒味道的茶,請原服務生來詢問一下是白開水還是茶,該服務生居然連看茶的狀態都沒有就回說:抱歉,我太趕了裝到還沒泡好的茶(我們整桌問號),後來又拿原本的茶壺回來說:抱歉,今天客人太多茶來不及。

4.超級頻繁的收桌跟換小盤,餐點分量就很少了想說邊聊天慢慢吃,每道菜還剩一些服務生就來要收,當晚常聽到「這些要不要夾一夾我幫你們收?」、「這個你們還要嗎?」、「不然我幫你們用這個小盤裝好嗎?」,而且已經回應說先不要收,大概過3分鐘就又來問一次,阿奇怪桌子就很大還有空間到底這麼趕幹嘛,桌上沒有同時存在3道菜過。
以上小瑕疵是此次體驗較嚴重的,不過真的就是因為客人太多的關係,期間服務生的態度都非常好、不會因為忙就忽略客人的要求。希望餐廳能夠多一些繁忙時期的準備或訓練,提供更好的品質。
