強烈建議大家千萬不要去,真的是在台南吃牛肉鍋最糟糕的一次體驗。
預訂晚上8點,提早大約7:55到完全沒遲到,到了現場服務人員直接說:沒位子欸沒有幫你們留,而且我們沒有限制用餐時間,你們只能在外面等,要等多久我不知道。
說話態度跟內容真的就是我打的這樣完全沒誇大。
當下真的太傻眼了,我們可以接受前一組客人可能吃比較晚或是店家偶有疏失沒有留到位,但態度真的太理所然,完全沒有抱歉的意思。
後來我一再反應這樣真的太誇張,那我們何必訂位?店家才讓我們進去用餐,所以其實還有空桌,只是因為是圓桌,店家寧願空著等多人的客人路過進去用餐也不願意讓預訂的2位客人用餐,讓我們入座的時候還一直碎念你看就客滿了哪有辦法幫你們留位子。
最後結帳時老闆娘也沒有一句抱歉或不好意思完全當沒這回事,是男友詢問為什麼會發生這種事,以後是不是訂位也不保證有位子,老闆娘才說了整晚第一句不好意思……
食物還可以,停車位只有門口兩個很不方便,價格跟其他家相比非常貴,CP值很低。
我們吃過台南多家牛肉鍋,有些生意好直接講明不給訂,我們也很ok。或是有些說會幫忙留位但現場狀況可能還是要稍等,這我們也能理解。但這家在打電話訂位時完全沒提到現場不一定會幫我們留位,到了現場才發現預訂根本訂心酸的。明明有更好吃、CP值更高、生意更好的店家不管是訂位方面或是服務方面都能管理得好很多,不懂一家沒完全客滿的店為什麼在這些方面處理的這麼差。把自己慘痛的經驗分享給大家,強烈建議大家不要花錢去受氣。
