Yummy, authentic, and truly boneless soap, which is suitable for kids. The portion is big too compare to others, for example 阿憨xx at Gongyuan S Rd . I would said the rice portion is as much as double that of the competitor I’ve mentioned above. I have been their regular customer, visiting them at least biweekly!!!👍🏻🤣

Super milk fish skin, milk fish meat, milk fish congee and deep fried dough stick w/ mince pork gravy.

Personally my favorite milk fish shop in Tainan. The broth of milk fish porridge is extremely punching and delicate, the meat is super tender, and the softness of rice is just right hit the spot. Their fish skin is also amazing and don’t forget to order their fried bread stick with braised pork.

The milk fish (虱目魚) soup was amazing, so was the youtiao. Staff was friendly, service was quick, prices are absolutely decent. Highly recommended place!

Comfortable place with authentic fish soup

My Taiwanese relatives brought me here for milk fish belly porridge. We ordered fish intestines too. It was one of my best breakfasts! The porridge tasted of pure fish stock made from hours and hours of boiling fish bones.

This is our second visit, and had been listed in our Must Have in Tainan!😋

Must try the fish porridge when you’re in Tainan! The owners wake up and prepare the daily catch at 4am and closes probably before noon, because business is so good. This is the second most popular place as the other one you probably need to queue for 1.5hours, even if you reach at 8am. For this, the waiting time is around 20-30mins. Fish taste super fresh! And you for to order the dumpling and fried fritters. Since you’re already here, why not order more to try!

A famous milkfish porridge among local. Don't be discouraged by the line outside the store. They buy the food takeout. You can order and pay before entering the AC room. The portion is good~ the fish is boneless, which is enjoyable to eat. Highly recommended!

Good place to have the milkfish porridge. However, if you don't have much time, the Ah Fang shop at Guohua St is also very good.

Must try congee. Very worth the value! Also had the rice and the fried meat dough fritters.
