Best hotpot I’ve ate here!! The soup is not from a packet but it’s boiled carefully form fresh ingredients. The ingredients are all super fresh and tender - especially the fish ones! The 沙茶酱 is a true highlight - mix it with a some garlic, chilli and green onions and you’ll have an amazing dipping sauce for yourself. The soup base became super flavourful after all the ingredients, and it’s soooo yummy to drink it! Service is wonderful and friendly, and food is served quickly. Recommended!

Food is good but nothing special. Staff is very rude. They are too popular so they don't care at all about people. You line up to eat fast, go away, and to be blamed if you take too much time to choose. There is hundreds other hot pot restaurants with much better service. Only the grand mother is friendly. Young staff is a disaster.

Its one of my favourite and must go place. The 沙茶 paste is excellent. It’s located within the alley for the main branch and easy access by foot. Timing & Reservation: If you are dining during the peak hours (Lunch/Dinner), do call ahead. I prefer to go after the peak and only a few tables occupied. Ordering: The staff will ask whether pork or beef soup base. The base is the plate of meat (not the soup itself. Soup is generic), some tofu, cabbage and others, enough for 2pax. Go through the order form and tick. Staff will come over to reconfirm. Drinks are self service, so are the condiments. Condiments are at a corner. If your hotpot needs refill of soup base, it’s self service (look for the kettle). Sauces: the ShaCha is good, locals eat with raw egg yolk mixed with the sauce, Add some vinegar and soy sauce (which is on the table). Payment: Cash. Pay at counter when finished.

My taxi driver recommended me the place, and what better than I expected is the environment. Good for group to have hotspot chitchat. Sha-cha sauce is the soul here.

A straightforward beef hot pot restaurant. Good variety of toppings, all delicious. The beef meat is cut quite thick so a bit chewy though. Clear soup but full of umami. Helpful service.

Been to a better one. Overall, nothing to shout about. No complimentary drinks or ice creams for dessert.

My host family took me here and said if you come to Tainan this is a must go to place. They had a wide variety of things to choose from beef and pork to sea food and vegetables. Also drink the apple cider with it. It is a litttttle on the pricer side so i would go in a group who can split the cost. Very good food and nice staff. Would go again.

Love the traditional Taiwanese hotpot vibes ! Specific love their sauce(沙茶). Visit here almost every time I came to Tainan!

Satay Sauce was good but the soup itself was quite disappointing…. Don’t feel something really special though.

Hotpot was good or was it just too cold the day I visited 😂 Definitely tasted much better than others I tried in Tainan. 1K2ntd for 3 people but we over ordered so you can go less 🤘🏻

Famous hot pot in Tainan, the sauce with some fresh spicy and soup with dry fish and dry squid is recommended. you can also order the many stuffs made of fish like fish ball, fish roll and fish dumplings.
