Nice food, fast service English menu available and staff can communicate in English. Crowded on weekends. Booking the seat before going is recommended

Great food, price is decent, would've given 5 stars if it weren't for two things: 1. The entrance was completely blocked by mopeds, this is something that can be easily solved by the restaurant. The waitress greeted us at the front door, which was nice, however she did not take any action and watched us squeeze in between mopeds. Those who are familiar with mopeds know that the space in between its tight, and the muffler can still be hot enough to burn your legs. 2. The eel and scallops bowl did not come with a scallop, and the same happened to the customer next table. Lack of attention to detail is usually what kills the the 5th star for me.

Highly overrated Japanese restaurant in town. The seafood bowl is fresh and rich. Yet the Favour is not coming out as it seems. We order the one served in wood container and it comes with more than 10+ types of seafood. To me the favour is not mixing together so well. Perhaps it would be better to focus on 2-3 types of seafood instead of a carnival of sashimi to strive for the best balance. This tasting experience to me is average, a bit overpriced considering this quality and this location (Tainan). The menu has a variety of different dishes though. The tamagoyaki is surprisingly the highlight of the whole meal.

A nice hidden little place with a charm all it’s own. We saw this on tv in Singapore and flew all the way to Taiwan and Tainan to try this. Slightly pricey food of decent quality with very friendly staff and great service. Thanks to Chen Hanwei for the introduction.

Really satisfied with my dinner here. Although price is above average, but the quality and portion are definitely worth the price. The sashimi is really fresh😘

Nice and yammy donburi🇯🇵 all the sashimi were fresh and miso soup can warm up stomach when we were eating. Beef donburi also great for some who not feel good for raw fish.

I came back and down graded. I realized I wouldn't go back. Not worth the price. We had bowel of Chirashi and beef Don. Good presentation and tasty. Beef Don is a bit salty for me but my husband is ok with it. Sometimes I don't know why we order beef in Taiwan. We lived in Texas more than 5 years prior to Taiwan. There's no comparison. It's a 10% more place.

Very beautiful and tasty recipes, extremely fresh seafood and excellent Taiwan rice, worth visiting and tasting! It's suggested to book a table before you come, because a lot of guests await outside!

It is overrated and overpriced for the quality and quantity of food. I expected sea urchin in the chirashi bowl with that kind of price, but there was none and the scallop was cut into half. Way too expensive for what’s served, both portion and quality are disappointing.
