Beef brisket and radish soup was so tasty. Beef was super tender and flavourful from the soup. If you dip the beef slices in the hoisin sauce they provide, and add a couple of pickled ginger slivers on top, it is even more delicious. The radish is also very soft, and the soup flavour is not too salty. Nice warm soup on a chilly autumn day!
