This one is my favorite temple in Tainan! Especially at night the lighting of the gate is marvelous.

Small ancient temple by Taiwan standards. Built in 1663, it’s beautiful during the day and at night. More beautiful if you can catch it when they have red lanterns adorning the temple. Centrally locates and close to other cultural sites in central Tainan. A must stop for photographers.

Quite small, i woud highly recommend you visit the hero's Temple and museum nearby instead. Far more informative and in 3 languages.

If you like Temples, well this is a good place to come. The beautiful architecture, intricate carvings and colourful lanterns hanging from the ceiling will intrigue you. Easy to locate and is right next to the busstop to take the tourist 88 and 99 buses to AnPing

A walk around a hero’s ancestral shrine. It shows his life story and his works. Was told he is a handsome man.
