We love it there.many soecisl food about banana there. Some food is dulifferent from other place. And many choice there. Its a banana honetown in taiwan. All the food there is good to taste. But they hide more of the old street by many stand. I think more people forget its a old and traditional street there.

A small but lovely street. Lots of food stands and a variety of banana based products. The most interesting of stores is the moose peanut candy shop near the old station.

I don t understand why it is promoted as historic site. It s just an average town with a main street with shops

This is an entire street filled with food and clothing shops; mostly food kiosks. Some sell only one type of item, some have a variety. The food was fabulous. This area is famous for bananas, so there are many banana flavoured items. Also available are stuffed toy bananas, key chains, hats etc., not just food items. You'll enjoy this eclectic mix of food and vendors. Come, you won't be disappointed!

an old style street, still a few houses you can see on the street. but it's also a traditional market on the same street, watch out your safety while passing through.

Definitely worth a visit. Lots of shops, great vintage architecture, a lot of yummy food, tons of healthy fresh fruit vendors, and some outstanding ice cream.

Nice place for a short walk. Nothing too shabby, but there are definitely more interesting places in the area.

Excellent street market that's open during the day. It is much more busy with more vendors opened for business during the weekend. Good alternative to night market.

Bananas everywhere in every kind of dish imaginable and unimaginable. Some were very good and I love bananas, while others were a bit on the strange side. There's the largest Confucius temple EVER and a nice place to take a stroll.
