Very modern hotel. The staff was extremely nice and helpful: not all of them spoke English, but it didn't turn out to be a problem. There are two joltless elevators which both can carry people in a wheelchair. The breakfast buffet was very abundant and it was comprised of both South-East Asia plates and other, more common foods, such as bread or ice cream. In addition to breakfast, we were given coupons for the midnight snack, which was a buffet in the breakfast hall open from 20 to 22.30. The room we were given was beautiful, very big and very quiet

The location of the hotel is spectacular. Nestled minutes away from all the attractions of central Tainan, and only a 15 minute walk from the Tainan train station. So many spectacular food options within walking distance. What's more, the hotel offers a stupendously good breakfast buffet and late night buffet complete with self serve tofu pudding and ice cream among other things, and 24/7 bottomless desserts including Japanese cheesecake and my favourite, jasmine green tea jelly. You really cannot go wrong with this hotel.

Service is awesome, well trained employees. However, I have no idea I can’t get my invoice with industry code. I called booking department or someone who in charge with all reservation for confirming. They ensured this request is acceptable. When I ask person in reservation, she insisted no! I am so disappointed, this is the main reason for choosing Kindness hotel, now I will never choose this kind of hotel without integrity.

I love the Kindness chain and this branch lived up to my expectations. The room was great. We had an Exquisite triple and there was a separate alcove/room for my child to sleep in. She had her own TV etc. which was great. Wifi is quite slow but adequate. The buffet breakfast caters for all tastes and the included dinner was decent. Everyone enjoyed the 24 hour availability of free ice cream - good ice cream too. The staff are amazing and the hotel is super clean.

It's an amazing hotel that you can keep eating from check-in to check out. The foods are delicious, if you want some local food, they also service.

Good service and friendly receptionists. They also serve late- night supper and breakfast included in the accommodation for the customers, moreover, a 24-hour snack bar as well. The room is not spacious but big enough for a short stay and with sufficient lighting. Highly recommend to live here when visiting Tainan.

We’ve been staying here on family holidays. They have bikes that you can use to tour nearby tourist spots, as well as a 400 plus years old temple. They have a nice selection of breakfast 🥖🍞 and midnight snack that starts mid evening with selections of noodles, buns, soy pudding. Also nice having coffee, tea, orange or gourd juice, cakes, jelly and ice cream desserts ☕️🍵🥤🍦🍰

This 3-star hotel deserves 5-stars for their attention to detail / location. We stayed 3 rooms (豪華雙人房), and hotel kindly arranged us on same floor without asking. Room size was adequate, and what amazed me was the utility - room ~ big king size bed, windows can open, air con adjustable, electric outlets beside the bed, empty fridge, free bottles of water, 2 types of slippers (1 for in-room / other pair for outside room e.g. when you go for supper or laundry), ample clothes hanger, cable TV (with HBO, Fox, AXN etc), 2 extra pillows in cabinet, wall hook to hang bags / wet towels, toilet ~ open shelf mirror (such simple but clever design), japanese style bidet WC, walk-in shower with separate handheld spray / overhead spray / 4 way massage spray, good water pressure and water temp control, and ample space to put your toiletries. Hot / cold water dispenser was outside room (along corridor), lift stops every floor (wheelchair access 👌), hotel even loans out bicycle for exploring vicinity. Best of all? Hotel also provides a solid supper service (8 - 10pm), food was actually above average e.g. 豆花 / 茶叶蛋 was v good, + free flow of tidbits / drinks 24h (e.g. nice bugles, onion biscuit, potato chips, coffee / tea) + decent breakfast spread, all at the same hotel cafe beside lobby. Not to mention the free DIY laundry service (they even provide detergent). Nearby, check out the 100y old rice dumpling shop 2mins walk from hotel, and don't miss this old school made-in-taiwan bag shop 合成帆布行 10 mins walk away (easy to get carried away here, even though its rather small shop). The 2 morning markets (shuixian / yongle) are also 15mins stroll away on same street. Very impressed, and beats most of the hotels i have stayed during my travels, including the 5-star ones. Beside no safe box, I'm satisfied. Room is spacious and clean. Good location with many good eateries nearby. Giant LED TV. Full entertainment TV mode. Recommend to everyone. Bicycle rental available. Good WiFi coverage.

Really impressed by the services offered by Kindness Hotel - snacks and coffee served around the clock, late night supper and breakfast all included. Bikes can be borrowed from them at no extra cost and they even give you a free bottle of water! That’s very sweet!

Clean, tidy hotel that had free snacks/tea coffee 24 hours a day. Friendly staff in a good location, close to small alleys, meteorological museum and cute cafe in the grounds of a historic Japanese restaurant.

Stayed in Kindness Hotel for 3 nights in April 2023. Their cleanliness, staff services are great. Breakfast and supper is great with many varieties. Snacks is provided throughout. Although location is not that near the train station, but is still easy to find.

best hotel for my trip to Tainan and kaohsiung. Central location convenient. Very professional, modern and clean. The price is very reasonable including hotel free parking, extensive breakfast, snacks all day long. in Tainan location late night snacks. I missed the night snacks at 10pm I regret. Also the hotel has self laundry services with all the supplies available. Not sure if special assistance available
