The hotel is quite and exellent service for our group. We stay at hotel 2 nights they upgrade my room from 3 bed to family room. And my next destination is alishan national park but we have a big problem ..typhoon koinu is coming and the park must be closed, we are scared but the hotel try to help us..change the train ...contact to the hotel in alishan etc...i appreciate in everything they did it for me. This is the first time that i came here and taiwanese people really impressed me ...😊😊

Please wash your linen with >60°C. You have a serious dustmite problem. Unprofessional. Window cannot be opened and is frosted. Does that count as a room with a window? Rooms are newly renovated. Free coffee in the morning.

Very convenient location, close to mostly tourist attraction, you dont really need to rent a car / motorcycle if you stayed here. Easy to find food as well. Room was okay for the price. If you needed, they also can provide baby crib.

Location is good. Family mart and 7-11 nearby. Chikan Tower and temple also nearby the hotel. The staffs are friendly too. I am feel comfortable in the room in this two days and it is free of charge of self-laundry. Awesome 🤩 highly recommended it !

My stay at Hotel Brown was exceptionally pleasant. Firstly, I must emphasize the impeccable cleanliness of the hotel. Only 10mins walk from Tainan train station, and quite close to one of the famous sight spot Chikan Tower. Convenient store and restaurants nearby. Cosy tidy room, wonderful service, with reasonable budget. Recommended accommodation in Tainan.

the hotel is ok - nothing special - probably good for backpackers or those who want a quick stay. it’s dark, strange smell probably from the bathroom as it does not ventilate well. The shower head does not point downwards and aims for the wall - have to hold it down. Definitely take a taxi to the hotel from the station as the footpaths are not straight or smooth in tainan - lots of high and lows (15minute walk)

The hotel is clean and quiet, the rooms are newly renovated and spacious as well, I stayed here for4 days 3 nights and I have nothing to complain about it. Hotel Brown is close to many attractions such as the Chihkan Tower, and many popular food places as well.

Had a pleasant stay here - basic and clean room, helpful front desk staff, superb location. Walking distance to tons of great eateries (It's tainan after all) and all the sights I wanted to visit. My only gripe would be how they provide shampoo and bodywash in those wasteful single-use sachets (and the bodywash smelled really artificial). Please consider using a dispenser instead!

the staff were amazing. super kind and great service. they gave us free jars of their own sauce and they phoned us up when they found i had left some clothes in the hotel. not many hotels would do the same, infact you might be in for a lot of trouble trying to get back some clothes you left from some hotels.

Great value for money. The reception area is nice and modern. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is very central and convenient. The room is simple and less modern if compared to the reception area. Everything was clean thought. Overall great stay.

Stayed for 3 nights. 10-15 minutes walk from Tainan Station. Room is clean, spacious and comfortable. Their in-room phones cannot make international calls, however. Informed reception to have my room cleaned when I went out on the second day but nothing was touched when I came back at night. Seems like there's a miscomm. or housekeeping forgot. Informed reception again the next morning, and this time they made sure to follow up and took initiative to inform us directly when we returned that the room has been cleaned. Ordered three days of breakfast during check-in, which is charged separately from the basic room rate. Only one choice is available, but menu changes daily. Food served is their local traditional breakfast. Full set meal with filling portions. Free flow coffee, tea and orange juice. Toilet is clean, but there's no toilet paper. Reception says they only use normal tissue paper there. Lots of good food near the hotel. Counter staff is friendly and helpful in advising on the fastest ways to get to where you want to go, and willing to help you call for a taxi.

Stayed here with my mom for one night. They were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel is clean and has a good amount of space. There is lots to eat around that area. There is a big food market open in the day time that is about 4 min walking distance from the hotel. It is great value for what you are paying. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in Tainan. I wish we stayed here longer.

The staff both in the evenings and mornings are extremely friendly and helpful. Gave us lots of tips and directions and made us feel right at home! Wonderful hotel experience!

Overall the hotel is really nice. The room is spacious than I thought and everything and the washroom is clean. The receptionist are all really nice and answered all the questions I asked. Their attitude to their work are awesome! The location is very good if you only would love to travel Around Tainan. The bus station is very close as well. The hotel is close to few famous tourist attractions and you can get there on foot. I definitely would recommend my friends!

Nearby the most famous ancient places and easy to find the decious food. The parking place is very close and the crew are nice. Very convenient place to stay.
