A very comfortable stay. The room is clean and spacious, and the staff are very friendly. Recommended!

Friendly staff and very good central location. Cleanliness could use improvement, especially in the hallways (carpets are very stained). The biggest issue is that the soundproofing is poor and you can hear just about everything -- and I do mean everything -- taking place in the rooms. Overall, even though this definitely wouldn't be my first choice for a hotel in Tainan, the value is reasonable if you're able to book at a good rate.

This hotel is excellent and probably the best value you can get in this price range. I'm not too familiar with this price range as I usually stay at 4-5 star international hotels but wanted to give this one a try because of its location. The location truely is excellent, walking distance to many of the top attractions in Tainan. The staff are very friendly and professional. The room is very clean and neat. The breakfast is delicious, and tastes better than 4-5 star hotel breakfasts.

Great value and nice room located in the old town side of Tainan City. Close to many tourist attractions. From the outside the place looked a bit dodgy but well renovated and nice inside. Comfortable and clean room. Got all the simple and essential facilities and amenities. Nice customer service with staff at the front 24 hours. Not too expensive. Great value for two people. They have bikes available for rent. Highly recommended.

Very good hotel situated in a good location in Tainan city. There are several temples, restaurants and department stores in walking distance. We really enjoyed our 4 nights stay here , the staff is very friendly, kind and helpful. The rooms are very clean , we got a large room and it had one double bed and a single bed, everything is clean and tidy, and the beds were very comfortable as well . WiFi is included and pretty fast. Would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Tainan city .

this is my second time staying in this hotel. the first time was Octorber 2017, I had good experience at that time and decide to stay in the same hotel this October when I traveled to Tainan again. but this time, the experience was so bad. We arrived before noon and the front desk told us rooms were still not cleaned yet and we would check in after the room was ready. But when we came back around 2:30pm, the front desk changed tone and said the room is ready but they would not allow us to check in, the lady said if we check in before 3pm, they thought we took the advantage, this is ridiculous. when we checked out, we couldn't find one room key, the front desk told us that they didn't have extra key and asked us to find it, even if our Uber driver was outside. if you want to have good experience in Tainan, avoid this hotel
