Nice service and good Japanese style meal. I recommend you to order the chef choice (no menu) that costs NT. 599 per person for trying as first visit. I hope you will like to have meal here and enjoy your time with friends and family.

This place is one of my favourites around Hsinchu center. The options on the menu are really good. Especially the ones with sashimi.

Four people chef choice. The format of the shop is very similar to more authentic Japanese sushi-ya, specializing in "omakase". The food itself is pretty good. They had a mackerel and kazunoko sashimi/nigiri which I really enjoyed (3rd course, 4th course). They also had a great karaage, Japanese styled fried chicken (7th course I think?). Unfortunately, service was on the slow side. If it was steady, but slow, I would have been okay with it, but during the middle of the meal there was a lull for almost a half hour. Their omakase courses are okay, but could be better. It was a lot of food, for so many courses, I think for some dishes the portion could be smaller to allow guests to enjoy each dish better. A fine place for a more relaxed pace of dining like a date or if drinking with friends and not in a hurry, do not recommend for families with children.

Freshness & good taste, plus the spectacular garnishing/presentation. You should give it a try for the chief’s menu ~

Passed this place many time and finally got in. I am glad I did, the food is very fresh and we'll prepared. As good as the one I ate yesterday in a 5 stars Japanese restaurant in Taipei city.
