新場館的設備就是優,連盥洗室的吹風機都用Dyson的,整體的通風做的很好。
在這裡給直徑教練上了一個月教練課,上課前原先對於教練課這件事情,認知在就一個比較專業的人帶著你做器材式訓練,所以沒有太多的期待,預期的是可以獲得在原先動作上的修正。然後也先讓直徑了解我目前的身體狀況,就是長期的下背疼痛+經常僵直,以及之後因為有獨攀登山的需求,所以比較希望提升下身的能力。
關於下背痛的事情,其實看過中醫,有被提示過要加強核心肌群,但怎麼加強是個問號,加上看過很多次整復,都是短暫好而已,直徑在前兩週的課程設計了滿多核心肌群的訓練,在那之後,我的下背痛+僵直的問題,幾乎都改善掉,平時走路的時候也能感受到,重心變成在髖骨附近,而不像之前會集中下背的部分,所以這陣子都可以睡得比較好(笑。
另外就是一開始的呼吸訓練,也是我滿喜歡的部份,雖然很簡單,但是睡前或平常做個六到八次,滿可以讓身體的感覺穩定下來,我指的是那種在煩躁或是突然覺得氣息很亂的時候,可以在施作後,覺得舒服很多。
課程設計上,可以感受得到直徑的認真跟細心,幫我設計了很多符合我需求的動作,我比較喜歡的是他不會硬性要求學員去執行比較不擅長的動作,會用其他方式取代,達到同樣的訓練目的,以及在訓練的過程中,適時的拉出我的極限值XDD,所以可以感覺到有在被take
care。
課程上下來的部份,大為改觀的是多數的訓練動作都是非器材式,所以對於原本就有在健身的我可以更了解各肌群的狀況,夠夠更去打開極限,總的來說,問題有被解決,需求也有被照顧,會繼續上下一階段的訓練。
