Green, industrial and wooden modern interiors, the glass roof is another plus for great natural light.

I had an excellent bowl here today for a late lunch. I was very pleased with portion size and price of the lunch special which included a beverage - I chose a cold brew tea. It really was a great value for such a well-balanced meal.

Great idea and good, the execution needs some work. The restaurant is bright and clean and it looks nice. The food is good and the price is fair. However, non Chinese speakers will have a very hard time ordering. The process is somewhat chaotic and it doesn't look like the staff fully know what they are doing. The AC is also blowing pretty hard at the entrance table. I do recommend this restaurant for a healthy and high protein meal.

Finally a poke place in Hualien. The quinoa is really good, if you don't wanna just eat grain, you can get half salad and half quinoa :) The protein options are all great, especially if you get the chicken thigh (they give a bunch) All the sauces are pretty good, but I'm especially fond of the salsa one xD

Fairly priced bowls with drink included. The ingredients are fresh and the portions are good. We went second time and I was surprised by how tender the chicken was. The second time they actually gave us two boiled eggs because the 199 NT combo includes: two eggs or kimchi and soup or drink. Everything was yummy with the avocado egg sauce.

As a repeat customer, I like this place, an alternative to typical "Western" food. The atmosphere here is nice. The food is tasty and all of the portions are done by weight, so you know exactly how much food to expect. It's a healthy option and similar to many salad/fast casual restaurants in the US. The staff member who took our order was bilingual and friendly for non-Mandarin speakers.

Value for money, healthy, food was in a very huge portion. Makes me wonder how they manage to turn a profit! Good for those who are looking to have a protein boost. Come early though as my choice of protein (chicken breast) ran out when I was there on a Monday evening and had to settle for smoked duck. The store stands out with its modern vibe amidst an entire row of old-school traditional Taiwanese shops lining the street. The interior was also clean, bright and well maintained.
