文藝復興現在下午也開始營業了~~~ 不只咖啡、飲料，下午也有賣調酒，跟晚上不同的是，下午茶時段點一杯飲品就會附一個手工餅乾❤這次點的是鳳梨冰茶，是用手工熬製的鳳梨醬加綠茶調出來的，還有加蜂蜜，能喝的到細碎的鳳梨果肉跟蜂蜜的香味，裝飾用了草莓、鳳梨跟檸檬，裝飾水果不固定，因為會使用當季水果。下午茶菜單還沒定好，之後應該還會陸續推出新飲料，希望跟鳳梨冰茶一樣好看又好喝 文藝復興是一家隱密的酒吧（招牌還沒裝好） 店內空間蠻大的，沙發位子很多，可以舒服的坐著喝酒，不過他們吃的東西只有烤雞翅，而且禁帶外食，所以建議吃飽再來喝酒/飲料/咖啡 這次店長幫我調的是菜單上還沒有的'粉紅泡泡'，是酒精濃度較低的調酒，用了莓果糖漿加雪碧跟伏特加，還灑了一點玫瑰花瓣點綴，店長還特地拿了草莓做杯飾讓我拍照❤❤ 另外還有飲料跟咖啡可供不喝酒的人選擇，咖啡是手沖咖啡，雖然店長說她做的可能沒那麼專業好喝，但晚上想喝咖啡聊天的人也可以來文藝復興坐坐 更新 上次跟哥哥一起去的時候，遇到一位說話帶刺的奧客，說花蓮公正跟周家不好吃就算了，店長說這要看個人喜好，他還說'喔，那我個人覺得不好吃'，後面還說想要有'妹'，因為那時比較少人，店長推薦好幾間'妹'比較多的地方給他，他又說不想去，他說話態度讓我這個旁觀者都覺得很沒禮貌，讓人聊不下去🙄🙄

店內氣氛舒服，經典調酒不在酒單上,莫西多喝起來清爽可口,菜單的酒偏少，可是可以跟店員敘述喜好來做特調，沙發區很多適合三、五好友一起來放鬆，也有吧台可以一個人來坐坐跟店員聊天，音樂不會太吵鬧，偏爵士和英文經典老歌還有R&B

今天第一次跟朋友去，裡面氛圍很讚😎很chill ，而且店長人很好聊！ 可惜的是現在還沒招牌有點不好找，但地圖看街景就秒懂了😆

Such a hidden gem. Great drink menu and atmosphere, I really recommend a stop over for a drink (or more) here.

Went there on a Monday night, maybe we were a bit early when we get there, it was a bit early and the bartender there was still taking a nap. It got more crowded later in the night. The drink was good and strong which is what I like. Free shots from house which is a big plus. Cool place to hang out and chill.

The bartender is friendly and fabulous. Treated us few shots and very willing to chat. Wonderful experience for travellers and locals. Strongly recommend if you are travelling in hualien. Chill and great vibes. Choice of music is great too

座位區是沙發居多，進來的感覺很放鬆，然後還有桌遊可以玩唷！ 酒也很不錯，經典款調酒要直接跟店員說，菜單上沒有

與表面光鮮充滿霓虹燈卻龍蛇混雜的酒吧截然不同。適合安排在一天的最後來，舒適的氛圍、簡單的音樂、鬆軟的沙發、充滿文藝氣息帶入的一家店。 我認為開一家酒吧東西好喝是基本的，每次來看第一杯都是點奶酒的特調，我也不限定口味，讓店長幫我即興一杯，我想店長的酒那麼吸引我除了那杯好喝的奶酒之外，更多的是她對專業的要求，以及對味道的理解，所以如果你們有來，可以跟調酒師說自己喜歡的味道、酒的濃厚，我相信調酒師會滿足的。 這間店的廣告並不明顯，連招牌都沒有，甚至不是在花蓮的鬧區，算是滿偏的地方，出入的只有熱愛調酒的有緣人們
