2023/11 Even I never dine in but I'm very unhappy about their customer service. I think it's well-known that they NEVER pick up their phone for a reservation, nor do they want to use the online reservation system. And they even dare to put the announcement online saying that they've speeded up the phone reservation process WHICH IS A LIE!! I've tried calling them all day, even the off peak hour or within 30 min after they're closed, NONE! No one ever picked up the phone and I actually suspect that they even unplugged the phone.

Popular, Cash only. Food is definitely excellent and tasty, especially the Congee. However their phone was always busy which we called almost 20 times for the entire day and it seemed like didn’t exist. The price of food is reasonable, but not really happy with the 10% service fee with just Okay service. Hopefully they figure an online reservation system soon.

Super yummy porridge and very fresh dishes! This is a hidden gem and a must visit when in Taipei. We tried the seafood porridge (filled with many fresh prawns, abalone and scallops). 3 of us ordered a pot meant for 2 persons but the quantity is super generous. Each of us had at least 3-4 big bowl of porridge from the pot. Cabbage 高丽菜 is super fresh and sweet. Chicken was also very good. Tip: please make a call to reserve the place at least 3 days in advanced. Very hard to get a seat and you would need to pre order the porridge when making reservation. Eating time is 1.5 hours.

It is my first time eating taiwanese porridge pot, and I was so positively surprised that is so delicious! I was alone, so I should order 1 pot for 2. I tried to eat as much as I can, as it was sooo good!

The porridge is really good! Side dishes too! Less known to tourists as the whole restaurant looks like they are filled with locals only. Wouldn't know this place until our taiwanese friend brought us here.

Great food, the congee is fantastic. Be sure to make a reservation though. We were a large group and had to wait 2 hours for a table.

Flavorful seafood porridge with lots of fresh ingredients. The signature egg tofu is a must too. Price is fair.

We ordered the abalone porridge (NT680) and oyster porridge (NT500) and both were above our expectation! We love the umami taste from the seafood. Though the price is high, food quality is very good. Service is great and waiting time is acceptable too. For travelers staying at Cham Cham hotel/Caesar Park Hotel Banqiao, recommend you to check it out.

We ordered the seafood congee and it’s the most flavourful one we ever had. Explosive umami from the crab egg, alongside a generous portion of prawns and meatballs that makes the broth a delectable soup. Super excellent!! Must try!! 🥰🥰 Wallet damage: ~708 TWD for 2 pax (just one porridge should be filling for a couple)

Congee was delicious but other dishes are in smaller portion. There's a 90 minutes time limit for dine in so be aware. It's a popular restaurant and gets really busy, make sure you make a reservation beforehand. You can use the council parking across the street for your convenience.

Porridge is nice, price a bit high due to the ingredients used like abalone, scallops and prawns. But one thing to note, you are allocated with time to complete your meal, like a buffet despite it is not a buffet.

Delicious congee, not affordable price but highly recommended to give it a try.

A bowl of goodness! We tried the crab porridge, which is about 850 元, which is close to $40 SGD. this bowl is supposed to serve 2 pax. But the portion is big enough for 3. They have this black in color pork ball. Which tasted sweet and good! Very generous in the ingredients too. Honestly, I love their porridge! & if time allows, I’ll be back again. Sorry, the pic don’t do justice, but it’s definitely a 5 stars.😆

Fresh Scallop porridge comes with plenty of prawns! Porridge texture is thick and silky. Worth the price! Enough for 2 pax, slightly more. Great comfort food however taste really salty despite requesting for less salt. Seafood tofu is also salty. Comes with fresh oyster, squid and enoki mushroom. Enough to serve 3 pax at least. Overall it’s pricey.

Serves very nice porridge with different types of ingredients that you can select from. Be sure to book ahead to avoid disappointment. Highly recommended for porridge lovers.

This is like the best porridge I ever had. Every mouth is just so flavourful. The prawns are really fresh as well!!

Overall good. The porridge has got lots of seafood in it which tastes good but feel like lacking something...
