The snorkelling here is excellent! Lots of fish and great water clarity. It is also only a short walk from the ferry terminal. I caution against going south of the boardwalk though as the currents can be quite strong (to the south), especially with the tide going out. Of course, we saw an eel and a turtle south do the boardwalk, but we also nearly got swept away.

Quite busy with snorkel groups. Personally found Dabaisha and Chaikou to be better snorkeling locations

Great little beach on green island but it isn’t a sand beach. It is a coral beach and unless you walk out to the end of the little dock and then walk out over the rocks, you are only able to sit in the water

Very beautiful. When very windy you get a lot of waves and you can’t snorkel

Nice beach, however too many groups, as most of the groups for snorkeling and diving go there.

Great diving/snorkeling spot.
